I’m relaxed. If no offer materialises i will average down. IMO the growth story and value on offer here is compelling. I’m very excited about Caliplay and Latam and if it takes another 12-24 months to realise shareholder value so be it. We are now a pure play gambling technology company. Only traders and short term punters should be concerned about tomorrow.

Now that Finalto is good as sold, the coast is clear for the bids to come in. AGM is on the 30th, so expect bids before or Mor Weizer will have no option but to resign.

Indeed, usual 5ish RNS yesterday jumped to 10 so safe to assume that things are hotting up. MaybeExpect a deal to be knocked out over the helpful long holiday weekend or a rise to 700 until June 17

Somethings up!Their trading performance has been stonking and now they say continued into Apr and May. On a valuation basis this is still incredibly cheap so a deal above £7 would still represent great value or a sale of Snai or Caliente float. Hope shareholders get rewarded and not screwed but those Asian investors bought for a reason and losing money wouldn't be one of those reasons

Asian investors acquired a significant stake in the gaming technology company above the last bid price and then rejected 680p .

Are you seriously putting forward a coherent view that after doing so they (TTB Partners Limited) now plan not to make an offer above that price and just bought over the odds for entertainment purposes?
An offer was never going to arrive before the deadline was given, these people are professionals not mug punters on Buliten boards reacting to every share price movement.

My own humble view is that once they (TTB) make an increased offer it will also be countered and this saga will continue.

A stunning each-way bet share, great business with I would say 90% chance of being taken over above 750p in the next few months with a business that is/would generate cash flow and profits that would support that price anyhow within 12 months if any bid fell through!
The price will always be subject to bot trading with 10-15% swings but for those with a backbone,a short-term reward is clearly in view!

“Put up or shut up” statement from Playtech this morning. The plot thickens. Playtech note that progress in discussions continues to be made but its been 15 weeks and no firm offer from TTB. The best part is the impromptu Trading Update for May snuck in at the bottom “ The Independent Committee continues to explore options for maximising shareholder value, and reiterates the strong performance of the Group, as announced to the market on 5 May 2022, which has continued through the month of April and into the month of May”

Blackrock has been offloading ptec for weeks hence the fall and lack of response to the great update.

Make of that what you will, but it doesn't change the situation I mentioned two posts above.
