Latest from Sky TT Bond Partners want to make a fresh bid.... they are based in HK and previously advised Gopher

Fyi Bond is son of a man who is on first name basis with HK high society, Sir John Bond the former HSBC chairman.

Looks like next part of HK plan is about to unfold GLA

Out just now at £6.11. Today's announcement could lead to a higher shareprice, but I'm in profit, and my original reason for buying is now non-valid.

Looks like aristocrat have conceded defeat. Are they going for another bid or walking away?

Don’t think anybody has any clue what’s going to happen here with these blocking investors.

I’m just mega relieved that ig index weren’t taking long positions on this share 2 weeks ago. Wanted to buy a big long position at 7.2 and would of lost a fortune.

Still have my original investment- will hold out till the end.

it is likely to go down in the short-term. failed bid agreement is all you need to hear. other stuff is hogwash.

Dreadful summaryIt says there HAS been a number of offers not could ebitda ahead of expectations, strong in America and SNAI very strong in ItalyAristocrats offer seems to have generated a lot of interest and highlighted the value of the group. Very good RNS, positive and confident

That’s a real mixed bag of a statement, probable failed bid, potential offers and upbeat trading. May buy back in if it drops significantly, otherwise will wait.

So they admit the vote won't go through on balance, but let the shareholders know there could be other things in the offing...

Only needs the one of the....HK....players to take the 680 and the deal is done, with all the others getting 680 whether they bought higher or lowerIf it succeeds I expect a deal with entain for SNAI if it fails I expect a deal with entain for SNAI. Both above market expectations

I think they have calculated every step, they hold enough to block (28%) but not so much as to be forced to make a bid themselves (29.9%) if it could be deemed that they act in concert.

Maybe they launch a bid cob tomorrow for 750p+ and hope Aristocrats don't have anything in reserve to counterbid

Not long to go to find out

I’m sure that wasn’t the original plan. But perhaps it was to sell to a higher bidder (Jordan) but that fell through. I’m sure the plan wasn’t to buy at c720 the watch it drop 20% to 590

If the bid succeeds its 680p. I’d say that was the best short term outcome.

If it fails I expect to see it drop to about 500. Don’t have long to wait

Why would a group of wealthy HK folks plan to take a hit ?

They bought a sizeable chunk of their reported 28% combined stake above the offer price, so you would have to assume they have a plan, losing money, not one of the options I would give credence to ........

Break up by value is only a broker estimate and not guaranteed - plus there has to be a very real chance of the bid not succeeding. What would happen then is anyones guess. Some of the Asian holders may have to take a hit. They don’t always get it right.

Thin trade, last day of month, few losers getting cold feet, bored of waiting, poor judgement etc etc Oppo for the rest of us to add, 15p off bottom, free money
