13/7/2022 16:15 | Not going to happen either a bid or a sale of asset/s : running too long for any other option | the white house
13/7/2022 15:42 | if no bid - this will go down heavily | farrugia
12/7/2022 08:24 | I do not expect a bid, they have been at it far too long as it is now - awful communications. If inflation is 10% 680p last year is equivalent of about 748p this year. I want a H1 trading update and a new CEO this week - as its become farcical that the whole company is on hold for a bid that doesn't look like coming. | orbit007
12/7/2022 07:44 | Good spot Eventually deal done & work put in notedLet us hope it is ...significant...the 54pc who voted for 680 might just be higher today & all done & dustedAnchors away & await next step | the white house
11/7/2022 15:32 | I think you were being ironic WH although mid morning we have received confirmation of the completion of the disposal of Finalto. Looks like a net $225m after paying a breakage fee and a true down to Gopher. Progress continues to be made! | rimau1
11/7/2022 07:24 | Progress continues to be made | the white house
09/7/2022 17:24 | If the bid fails to materialise the company will likely shortly after announce a break-up of its B2B and B2C so its highly unlikely that the stock will fall sharply IMO. Lets face it PTEC have had plenty of time to develop a contingency break-up plan. | rimau1
08/7/2022 13:36 | They have a week left to put forward a bid. Why wait till the last minute. The markets are not expecting a bid going by the price. I'm now having my doubts as we should be closer to 600p then 500p. In my opinion, the bid has to happen Monday -Wednesday or it will be no bid and more likely be trading back below 400p. I hope I'm wrong. GLH | kickingking
07/7/2022 11:45 | My read across from Entain was negative given the online fall / mild profits warning and cautious outlook given lower consumer spending! There we have a market. Anyway its not too relevant here as PTEC won’t move materially until the bid situation is cleared up. Good luck all. | rimau1
07/7/2022 08:18 | Nice read across from entain results that first half retail trading ahead of expectations thanks in part to self service terminals (which are Playtech owned and managed) | the white house
01/7/2022 14:05 | Posts reference the sale completion of TradeTech promised on 15 June RNS and moved again 30 June RNS to ..... | the white house
01/7/2022 14:02 | You should you stopped at I dont understand | the white house
01/7/2022 10:43 | I don’t understand why anyone thought the AGM would be a key day for any bid. We have already been told that the deadline has been extended to 17 July and clearly no comment would be made at the AGM when discussions are ongoing. Sale proceeds from the recent disposal will be used to pay down debt. If a bid materialises its irrelevant whether the debt has been paid down yet or not it will just be take. Account if in the bid. I know this is a boring BB because there is nothing to say but some of the comments recently are really like pulling teeth out. | rimau1

30/6/2022 18:21 | My guess is 6 quid. | indiestu
30/6/2022 18:18 | I thought the decision on what to do with the funds would be based on the financial situation in q2 22? We don't have that information yet. | indiestu
30/6/2022 17:37 | It has previously been stated that the proceeds will be used to pay down the debt. | orbit007
30/6/2022 17:22 | It does seem rather coincidental that the sale has been pushed back to coincide with the new bid deadline. Certainly feel that things are coming to a finale now. | orbit007
30/6/2022 16:54 | So what happens now? Do we get a share of the 250 million before the sale or will the money banked be considered in the sale price? Was this the reason for the delay, the new owners take the cash and our payout will be calculated from today? Tbh I have got completely lost here but I guess that was the goal all along. | indiestu
30/6/2022 16:05 | Could not run a bath | the white house
29/6/2022 16:15 | Maybe a bid in the morning or Mor will have an uncomfortable AGM. Hopefully anyone attending will ask him why no bid has happened yet and why he has not resigned. | kickingking
29/6/2022 15:47 | Touch quiet before this ...significant...dayExpe | the white house
17/6/2022 09:29 | I would agree with that. Its taking time because the buyers have perfect information via our CEO and it being a complex transaction given the structured agreements in Latam and potential to spin-off Caliplay in N.America, and agreeing a price all parties are happy with probably requires a bunch of assumptions given its a pure cash offer (there can’t be any contingent add-on’s based on performance). For me i just keep reminding myself of the value of the sum of the parts. Entain paid 10xebita for BetCity this week. Apply a similar proxy to Snaitech and the valuation of Italys number 1 operator could be €1.5bn+ given the stronng start to 2022 and the opening of retail. | rimau1
17/6/2022 09:07 | Can we conclude that if HK & Friends were going to pull out that now was the opportunity to do so after so many discussions So we now expect a monster deal in 3 weeks or earlierMaybe | the white house
17/6/2022 07:03 | Progress continues to be made | the white house |
