04/1/2019 13:45 | B+ I can recommend the Yacht Club in Puerto Cervo. | jackdaw4243
03/1/2019 18:22 | Anyone got a view on these after hours trades going through, would they be mid market price ?? | jackdaw4243
03/1/2019 16:39 | 😁😁 | brexitplus
03/1/2019 16:20 | Tournesol, Yes, quite correct. It is also used for the highest level of purity of manufactured crystalline substances. So I am describing 'Fools of the highest degree of purity', 'pure fools'. | meanwhile
03/1/2019 15:05 | Losos I never stop laughing here. | brexitplus
03/1/2019 09:09 | Getting I think MW is saying we are perfect. Can’t disagree. | brexitplus
03/1/2019 09:04 | "of the first water" means of the highest degree, pure and perfect in nature. In days gone by diamonds were described as "of the first water" if they were as colourless as pure water. If they were more pigmented than pure water then they were diamonds of the second/third water. HTH | tournesol
03/1/2019 06:37 | What are “fools of the first water”? New one on me!!! Perhaps it a translation from that dead language, Welsh. | brexitplus
03/1/2019 00:21 | Losos, You are an agreeable fellow. I've no other names. These are only the delusions of some of your friends here. I'm sorry to see that you've fallen in with a 'bad lot', fools of the first water. | meanwhile
02/1/2019 19:34 | Happy New Year Losos We saw lots of our neice’s Chow Chow, Mabel, over the holiday. Lovely dog and so good natured. | brexitplus
02/1/2019 17:28 | Happy New Year to you Losos. You have to remember that it's probably fairly easy for Meanwhile to do his multiple characters. After all there is little else but sheep poo in the area he lives so there is plenty of time to create characters and act out fantasies. His best creation is 'hvs' who only surfaces when he is angry but is very funny in a sinister sort of way. Woof woof to Casey! | gettingrichslow
02/1/2019 16:52 | Belated greetings and new year wishes to all. B+/GRS/Yertiz etc. and of course the forums MW who may (or maybe not) be all sorts of other names on here. I do find it amusing to think that someone would create a new 'user name' and post under that name, but it has been done on other forums so why not here ? So MEANWHILE I don't know if you are all these other names but if you are you must have a four ring binder about 3 inches thick with all the attributes of each listed. Bit like the characters in a soap opera, I'm told that the 'admin' staff who have to keep the characters alive and create some form of 'continuity' are paid huge salaries, they probably deserve it 'cos I couldn't become someone else, I have enough problems just being me haha. And thanks for mentioning Casey, he's become part of the family now, comparisons to an errant teenager are appropriate although he is very old for a dog his size. He drives me mad sometimes but one can't help loving him haha. | losos
01/1/2019 12:48 | He has plenty of form for this. He’s just an ugly little thug. Family went - terrible performance. I’ve been to too many after Christmas matches to pay £40 for the privilege of a poor game. | brexitplus
01/1/2019 12:11 | Too much festive spirit and not a lot of seasonal goodwill shown by Steve Diamond - no one likes a bad winner! | yertiz
01/1/2019 10:12 | And your family. Agreed re rugby. Very competitive, even off the pitch I see after the Gloucester match!!! | brexitplus
01/1/2019 10:08 | Happy New Year to you and your family B+. Rugby is competitive at the top level with no one team running away with it, bodes well for the England team. Argyle- where there’s life, there’s hope! Melrose, 2019 will be a defining year IMHO. | yertiz
01/1/2019 09:36 | Happy New Year Yertiz And hopes for good results for both Exeter and Gloucester after last weekend’s blips. Not much hope for Argyle I’m afraid. | brexitplus
01/1/2019 08:58 | Ryelodge, can we have an update on the size of your wallet please? And a post from your rather sinister hvs character please? (Preferably one about Indian toilets) | gettingrichslow
01/1/2019 08:35 | No need for the apology MW. Happy New Year. | brexitplus |
