06/12/2018 22:11 | Oh dear, looks like nobody is even bothering to react to the fart in the lift anymore! | gettingrichslow
06/12/2018 19:33 | Yes Peece On Him | jackdaw4243
06/12/2018 19:09 | Yertiz, he certainly needs our prayers. | brexitplus
06/12/2018 19:06 | yertiz Tempted, so am I Why the Fall other than sentiment and the thought of Mercedes , BMW and Volkswagen (Porche) will not want to sell cars in the UK. Border police preventing English holiday makers going to Portugal and Spain and Austrian and French Ski resorts. Oh Dear Second Sunday in Advent approaching I hope Minerve finds some peace and Christmas spirit. Peace On Him. | jackdaw4243
06/12/2018 18:53 | Undoubtedly brexitplus! | volsung
06/12/2018 17:04 | Volsung Great idea. Perhaps when it is a success we English could invade. | brexitplus
06/12/2018 17:01 | The solution to the NI backstop is for NI to join with Scotland recreating the ancient kingdom of Dalriada. We would then function as a filmset for epic series such as Game of Thrones. | volsung
06/12/2018 16:55 | FURTHER ON THE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY CENTRE Buthker says that GKN’s new shareholder Melrose Industries – the turnaround specialist acquired the manufacturer in April – is “really supportive” of the company’s efforts to develop new technology and establish the Bristol facility. He says that GKN’s relations with Melrose are “good” and that his priority since the acquisition has been to improve the manufacturer’s US operations – which, he adds, are making “good progress”. “ | brexitplus
06/12/2018 16:41 | Yertiz, Syncona holding up well. I may increase my holding. Autolus doing very well even with the current US weakness. Freeline gene therapy for Haemophilia B looks very promising - trial results were a few days ago. I also see from the Government’s Industrial Strategy document just published “Autolus Ltd. is planning to invest a further £50m to expand its UK presence, including a new global headquarters.” | brexitplus
06/12/2018 15:18 | Sogoesit, Yertiz Same everywhere. In Eastern Europe in communist days special spa hotels for high ranking officials and military, with limousines, such as they were, ferrying them too and thro. We stayed in them because we could pay in dollars. Mind you, we also checked as well as we could, for hidden microphones!!!! MPs are no different. Just think of their pensions and the expenses scandal. Even the whiter than white LibDems were to the fore. Remember David Laws, appointed chief secretary to the Treasury, stood down saying that he no longer believed his position was tenable after it was revealed that he had claimed more than £40,000 to live in his partner's house. | brexitplus
06/12/2018 14:42 | Care to name which charities Yertiz? Does your view extend to the likes of Médecins Sans Frontières? | minerve
06/12/2018 14:19 | NGO's are useless, scavenging hypocrites feeding off the altruistic to feather their own greedy immoral lifestyles. Saw the same in Africa, travelling first or business class and staying in luxury end hotels. Disgusting. | sogoesit
06/12/2018 14:08 | Perhaps people should think a little deeper about how they vote and the consequences. Perhaps people should think about the charlatans they idolize. Maybe then, we will not have to sit here and listen to these two muppets bringing up stories of casualties and heroes of the great mistakes of the past on an investment forum. Have you tried War Heroes R Us .com? Maybe that is a best forum to discuss these things with like minded individuals? Maybe you could go on Amazon and buy an Airfix model of the ship he was on during The Falklands conflict? Maybe you should question who was responsible for putting many of these soldiers into conflict to redirect troubles from the domestic scene. I'm sure, judging by the past comments of these two muppets, she was your hero. It starts with YOU, chimps, with YOU! | minerve
06/12/2018 13:50 | For those who do not know who Rick Jolly was, he was Surgeon Captain in the Falklands War responsible for three field hospitals. Over 1000 casualties, many with horrific injuries (including Simon Weston whom I was priviledged to meet)and 300 of whom were Argentinians, passed through his hands. Not one British serviceman died in his care. He struggled against the military administrators who at one time insisted he ordered helicopters to transport casualties 24 hours in advance!!! And his teams worked in an old refrigeration plant with two unexplored bombs nearby. He was honoured by both the British and Argentinian governments. A true hero like those who worked with him in awful condition. In his book he recounts the funny story of the Red Cross officials from Geneva, wearing expensive three piece suits, who visited the main field hospital, who asked if there was a car rental company on the island where they could rent a car, and when told no, then asked if there was a hotel which took American Express. Hilarious. | brexitplus
06/12/2018 13:17 | Oh, yes, Yertiz said it was oversold. Could you explain your rationale behind that or is it your feeling in your naval? Please indulge us with your calculations on value. What do you think the forward market cap should be and why? Thanks in advance, your naval friend Minerve. | minerve
06/12/2018 13:13 | Please please please Brexit Oracle. Tell me about the market top. I'm all at sea until you answer. ROFLMAO! | minerve
06/12/2018 13:05 | You know, coming on here is like watching those two old farts on The Muppet Show. Yertiz and Brexit - what a bunch of old turnips they are. Brexit doesn't have any self-esteem to provide insight into his working profession - probably because there is nothing significant to note. Probably a school caretaker perhaps. Yertiz can only reflect on his military years which probably saw little real action. Probably pratted around in the Med on exercises most of the time. | minerve
06/12/2018 12:59 | But at least whatever I am or do I can provide rationale for what I write here. Others are completely impotent - in more ways that one (;) - and some live in military pasts long-gone and forgotten. I 'served-up' a nice breakfast this morning. My daughter would have been proud of my English special. | minerve
06/12/2018 12:39 | No probs. I forgot. You are a lucky man to have served with him. | brexitplus
06/12/2018 12:29 | B+ - I've Pm'ed you. It's information I'd rather not put on these boards......sure you'd understand. | yertiz
06/12/2018 11:52 | Yertiz. Rick Jolly. What a man!!! We could have done with him in our village. Pity he died young at 71. Where did you say you served with him? | brexitplus
06/12/2018 11:44 | Santa sends his regards. Ho, ho, ho. | brexitplus
06/12/2018 11:39 | Define the market top Brexit. Indulge us. Don't be shy. I won't laugh. Promise. | minerve |
