The lesser spotted Milibandus is owned body and soul by Soros.

So yes, you could see an even Nu-er Labour party spring up..no shortage of funds.

There's no doubt that it's all being carefully choreographed, irrespective of whether you're for or against.

I've already told you my theory. In will ride David Miliband and his new centrist party to the rescue, untainted by Brexit incompetence and backed by former political big hitters such as Blair, Brown & Mandelson, we'll then get Carney on board along with all the big business interests and the media moguls and of course by that point it will be a done deal.

Halt article 50 and return to the status quo where we'll all live happily ever after as part of the "adored" EU........

Really Max - "Zero hours contracts are not allowed in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Spain".

The Swiss situation fwiw – the employee is to be remunerated full pay during standby at the business premises and partial pay for standby at home. Also, part-time workers are allowed the same individual statutory rights as full-time staff.

Yes thx. I have posted before about my support for workers' rights etc. Fundamental IMO for society. (I do not support at all anybody not wishing to work though).

The French invented zhc's some time ago, long before Blair/Broon made them legit in blighty.

Ladeside - the key is a decline in living standards; when these bite more of the population then the real problems could emerge as you say.
The French issue was pure stupidity, hike petrol prices with a falling oil price - issue sorted for now. In the UK IMO it is more about the poor treatment of workers with these special terms of employment (if you can use that word). This is the area that will IMO boost Corbyn. Plus, of course, having lost over 2 years with the ongoing 'B' campaign has not helped anybody.

The French fuel riots are a specific response to a specific complaint. Governments love the global warming fraud, as an excuse to increase their powers and increase taxes yet further; normal people who are the victims of those increases aren't so keen.

The whole western world is currently in turmoil from a political perspective and the one thing in common across the piece is inequality and the fact that the gap is continuing to widen.

How do we arrest this slide towards anarchy ?

Who knows, it's probably too late and I'd say the fuel riots in France is just the start of a contagion which will spread like wildfire, especially in this era of connectivity via social media.

Brexit, whatever the final outcome, will undoubtedly be the catalyst in this country for peoples anger and frustration to finally boil over and of course this will provide the perfect excuse for some good old fashioned animal instinct anarchy to rise to the surface.

Mark my words, it's coming..........

I see that Sweden's still without a government. The Sweden Democrats representing over 18% of the public are unhappy with the effects of the EU's non-policy on migration; so are a helluva lot more, I'd guess, but the public are understandably unwilling to support an anti-immigration party with all the assumed baggage that goes with such a party.

This picture is replicated across Europe, and won't go away. Trouble is, most EU countries are helpless to stem the flow of economic migrants, and Brussels is too lethargic, fat and wealthy to give a toss.

LADESIDE, the UK government has limitless money to spend on marginal constituencies. Remember the warships Callaghan built below cost for the enemies of this country?

I watched all of the Attorney General's performance yesterday and like the big bad wolf when he arrived at the little piggy's brick house,no amount of huffing and puffing was going to blow this house down.Maybe he fancies his chances of being the next Greatest Showman,to put it mildly I was underwhelmed.
I have also been watching the Carney and Pals show this morning. He,they, generalised a lot but I thought were honest in their opinions.

You're missing my point max, what I'm saying is that I'd doubt if the UK Gov would have spent that money in the poorest areas as quite frankly they couldn't give a toss.

The EU development fund has financed infrastructure projects across the poorest parts of the UK.

Would this money still have reached these places if the UK Gov were in charge of the funds ?

I'd doubt it. Why spend money in Sunderland or the Scottish Highlands when you could be upgrading London's transport infrastructure even further ??

I mean, what benefits does building bridges and tunnels in the NE of England or North of Scotland have for our wider Economy ??

Survival of the fittest and London is all that matters..........
