Minnie's thrown in the towel - again, lol.

Only it's a shame that instead of facing facts, he, and others, just ignore them. It's a shame because this country needs its citizens to man up and seize the opportunity that Brexit brings.

It is obvious that you have never held a position of responsibility in your life. You probably don't know what commitment is, and you are not the type of person who honours your promises. I would love to entertain the thread's new chimp troll, but there are too many already and I have better things to do than argue with animals in cages.

You're right, of course, boys and girls, it is a bung and it is a "penalty" as Minnie says.

I was merely playing with Rbrtn, Minnie n Alphorn to try and get them to realise that the majority of those "contractual commitments" were just created by our jailers. They (R, M, and A) didn't have an answer worthy of the name.

But, of course, my point was wasted on them, they still think that we should pay upfront. Hope that they don't run sweet shops, lol..

And, again, of course, the REALLY SAD part of it all is that May and her sycophants believe that it's a good idea to throw away our last remaining card. You couldn't make it up.

Exit penalty's, agreed forward funding, anything else they can think of.

Yet where is the asset side of the equation? Nobody seems to want to talk about that.

Hi Minnie, you've missed it yet again. Are you feeling ok?

The question was/is what are those contractual commitments? Just roughly will do, love. But I feel that you're getting closer when you talk of an "exit penalty" - roughly we've been naughty and are penalised, hmm?

Yes, they don't even understand the £39bn payment.

Listen chimps:

We were contracted, we are exiting that contract, this should be seen as an exit penalty to cover previous commitments WE AGREED TO! Duh!

This money is an advance payments, like a penalty, because to them we 'broke the rules'.. after all Europe can't effort to pay. Germany will not pay and others can't effort it either. That's why the top boss (Merkel) is upset.

The payment is a one-off for previous contractual commitments

No it isn't. It's a bung.

I've nothing against bribery when it works, but not when the likelihood is it will be quietly trousered and then they'll deny there even was a quid pro quo. It's not exactly honest people we're dealing with here.

What is absolutely mad about the Withdrawal Agreement is that we're still gonna pay the £39bn+ up front!

It's like those people you read about who get the builders in to do substantial works, pay in advance, and are surprised when the builders are never seen again!

Totally nuts and enough to rule the deal out even if the rest of it weren't so completely terrible.

M - I doubt whether Poikka has ever run a sweet shop. May explain their strange logic, or, if Poikka is a misspelling of Poika, it is because they are a youngster.

Those rules will apply to all members. I don't see what the issue is. I really don't. These are compromises you should accept if you believe in democracy which is what you want no? Hard-Brexit ignores Remainers. So stop being so ignorant and selfish and swallow it you chimp.

Morning Minnie, you seem to have missed the point - see maxk, plus rules are being drawn up in the meantime that they expect us to abide by.

Go back to bed, love.
