USA inflation figures 0.1% above forecasts which should not cause too much consternation.

You're joking. Why do you think Lloyds went down at 1:30? A lot more to come IMO.

Curious story on PI about LLOY cutting its financial risk management function ...

... reportedly because management see it as a barrier to developing its non-mortgage lending business. So LLOY wants to be less boring, take more chances, speculate on pe type ventures. Hmmmmn.

I wonder if Boeing cut back its quality control function in recent years.

There must be an awful lot of people out there equally as clueless as me taking note of phrases like "sell into strength" every day of the week!

I'd love to know and understand how it all works .... nah those Yanks have control .... nah, it's the Hedgies .... nah .... okay it's the Yankie hedges ;-)

Should be one strike, and you're out.
And if its kiddie fiddling, terrorism, murder not in self defence, then one strike and out permanently.

Put me in charge Scruff, soon have this country cleaned up.

Possibly people selling in to the early strength ahead of XD tomorrow?

Anyway, the trend is quite clear.

Strange how Lloyds shot up on open today to 53.7p and then a steady fall to 52.94p......seems to have been orchestrated?
