24/5/2019 13:38 | hey Minerve, are you still averaging down?? 'spect your doing the same with barratt stobart et al haha | porsche1945
24/5/2019 13:34 | This is going to get messy now. I did suggest this was for lemmings only and so far that has proven to be the case. The trouble is people will start to panic now - clients, suppliers, staff...and then the end becomes self-fulfilling. | gettingrichslow
24/5/2019 13:23 | STG the further it goes down the further it needs to go up. Down by 50% means it has to go up by 100% to get back where it started. Down by 100% and it’s dead!!! | brexitplus
24/5/2019 13:13 | Always at maximum pessimism do people feel like they "give up" and sell when this is the time to buy. KIER IS NOT GOING TO GO BUST! if you sold all their assets they would have a positive balance they are actively bidding for work and will improve margins and lower cost rates with the new CEO ect. This will be one of the recovery stocks to bounce back construction as a whole is down look at Galiford try and Balfour and the likes. Kier will bounce back a solid Market leader, any one invested hang on in there and if you can like me keep averaging down. | sharetradergray
24/5/2019 12:03 | Another buywell call gets hit buywell3 - 02 Jan 2019 - 08:44:31 - 1637 of 2239 Kier Group 2005 - The Building Business - KIE The chart is looking dire 300p beckons | buywell3
24/5/2019 11:59 | I feel we are looking at a Thomas Cook situation here. Company engulfed in debt so BoD decide to sell off a big asset but said asset will cripple Kier's profitability going forward. Rivals smell blood so only put lowball offers in and shares tumble. Govt paralysis only exacerbates the situation and shares enter death spiral. It's not difficult to see such a scenario playing out in the coming months, much as I don't want it to happen (I have a family member working with them). | ltcm1
24/5/2019 11:27 | Actually it was entertaining at first but it just got boring after a while.Anyway I have decided I have no interest in investing or shorting this company so I will get off the message board. Good luck all. | gairich
24/5/2019 11:16 | Well, it could be very good value. Then again, it might not. LOL | minerve 2
24/5/2019 11:10 | Prudential Raises Stake To 10.63% From 7.93% In Kier | sharetradergray
24/5/2019 10:07 | It's just that it is beginning to look like we are beating up the weakest kid in the playground now, as a troll he's pretty good ( he got me to react and i never react to these guys ) but as an intellect??? Not so much. | gairich
24/5/2019 09:51 | Eriktherock I think two monthly candles and a prayer in his local church could be Minerve's only hope with KIE! | kinwah
23/5/2019 22:56 | Obviously the Liverpool players deserve far more than almost any Chief Exec, you would have to be daft to think otherwise. A lot of people could run Rolls Royce but how many could be an elite footballer??? It's demand and supply innit. Messi for example is criminally underpaid if you want to put numbers on it. I am warming to Minerve a lot more after your post. I too don't get some of his value plays but he does seem to understand the macro picture well. | ltcm1
23/5/2019 19:50 | We are soon to have two monthly candles below the October 2008 low. target zero. | eriktherock
23/5/2019 18:31 | Minerve i apologies. I should not have slapped you down so severely, i got a bit carried away, i reacted to your trolling and i shouldn't have but I guess that makes you pretty good at what you do rite? So in a strange way it's a bit of a compliment. Anyway I won't react again, you can have a free shot at me and i won't even see it because I will filter you as a mark if respect. Thing is when someone comes on these message boards and tells us all how clever he is, how wealthy he is and how we should all give him respect, truth is you just look rather pathetic. Clever wealthy people dont waste their time trying to convince anonymous people on some message board of how wealthy they are, they tent to have better things to do. I hope one day you pick a good company to invest in and stick with it, in time you will mature and when your testicles drop and your voice deepens you will start to communicate like an adult , but until then please try to show us other anonymous people on the internet a little respect. Good luck minerve.Gavin. | gairich
22/5/2019 10:05 | Guys I think it would be good if we conducted our own strategic review of Kier on these pages. Bit of a noob question but the market cap is showing as £700m on here and £500m on Googlefinance. Which one is correct? What is the enterprise value here and let's look at all the divisions and take a stab at what they could sell. C'mon guys what do we have to lose??? | ltcm1
21/5/2019 22:04 | That's a bit harsh Porsche. He's still got his negative yielding bonds. And what's left of his investment in the AA. 😂😂 | gettingrichslow
21/5/2019 19:42 | Poor old Minerve, this is a gonna, pennies soon, another pos investment, back to the foodbank you poor sad idiot. | porsche1945
21/5/2019 18:40 | Now, if one could be certain of that, we would not be debating it. Would we! | nomdeplume
21/5/2019 17:29 | Agreed, but things aren’t very good, are they? | brexitplus |
