I learnt yesterday that there are 700k people with learning difficulties eligible to vote in the election. Together with people with Alzheimers etc, that's a big percentage who don't know what day of the week it is who will decide who will win the election. Myself personally, I'm voting for Sunak, as he has nice hair.

Well something has got them all excited today. Holding on to 80p + at the close would be good before the weekend rags start their conspiracy theories........ and leak them to goldy :-)

Loginname companies only issue those statements when they are asked to do so by the FCA. That only happens when a share price is up over 10% on apparently no new news. So not here.
Qualifying for the quarter finals (when you start the tournament as favourite) is not the reason for the share price move.
JPM
The research department will issue reports on any day irrespective of whether it’s an option’s relevant day or not. (And that’s before one talks about Chinese walls).
JPM may have a very good media analyst who is followed.

It is triple witching today. And JP Morgan has raised the price target to 120p (posted on the other thread).

Last triple witching on March 15 saw a range (low to high) of just over 2p and volume of 51m. So, arguably nothing terribly out of the ordinary unless we see a second drive up and 81p exceeded.

Sometimes you just get a feeling that somethings going on with a share when it does things that are out of the ordinary daily ranges

What would be amazing would be an ITV announcement that you sometimes see in other companies along the lines of :

“We are aware of unusual price movements in ITV today and know of no reason … “

That would get some attention.

I see there's another big drama coming out on ITVX on the 27th June, "Douglas is Cancelled" staring Hugh Bonneville and Karen Gillan.

They're churning them out like spuds drivel...
