19/6/2024 19:11 | ITV news are getting more negative and desperate by the day. Where do they find these no hopers to interview? Had to laugh at the Labour Party Political broadcast. Up pops Gary Neville with Starmer as bessie mates. That should lose them a million votes for all the Man U and Gary Neville haters :-) By the sound of it Starmer has high hopes for the money tree seeds that he has planted in the end of his garden. | ![]() tlobs2
19/6/2024 18:43 | Back to ITV? Posted by robs60 on the LSE site earlier today. “… my inside info is that she is about to confound all of her critics with an update that is going to put at least 10% on ITV.” “ I have it on authority from someone working in marketing at ITV, that the current situation is far better than what they expected. Although Mr Bates was not itself a moneyspinner it got so much publicity advertisers came to ITV earlier than contemplated. I will enlarge by saying advertising has not been down as much as expected and has been flowing back and showing an upturn that will show in the interim on July 25th.” | ![]() huckers
19/6/2024 16:05 | I'm guessing JimBull is too thick to realise that it was Labour (under Blair/Brown) that part privatised the NHS and saddled it with hundreds of billions of PFI debt! Labour the solution? Ridiculous. JimBulls riposte - Look at awful private Health in US. A diversion. We arent talking about having a US system, but the publicly funded "free at point of use" NHS we have aint working. And that's because it is a ponzi. We have too many poncers drawing on it who have never paid a penny into the overall pot. And the UK has added 10-11 million + people since 1997. No wonder the queues are so bloody long despite even more hundreds of billions being poured into the NHS. Waste & Diversity officers and treatments getting more expensive. Cant carry on as we are. | ![]() geckotheglorious |
