I had a couple of Ryanair flights cancelled recently, they tried to pressure me to take vouchers, I said no, now they just emailed me trying to pressure me again to take vouchers with the threat of it taking 6 months to process my refund. No, you scumbag, give me my money. Never flying with them again, always an unpleasant experience!

Triky......quote "BA aren’t a charity and can’t keep paying these wages forever"

Unless you are one of the top 100 managers / Directors , in which case you can trigger a 200% bonus for attacking your staff in this way.

and let's not forget, they are about to screw the shareholders as well, when they don't need to.

Business class I would like to think they will lose a lot of these customers.video conferencing will be the way.Dont forget it is now in its infancy but conferencing will be all the rage when the rough edges are smoothed out.plenty of flight ticket money will be saved to add to companies bottom line. And that is what they all want a good bottom line.

Just a very rancid company total greed from the so called leadership creaming off money for themselves haven't seen a 50 percent decrease in wages from them. The the subject of major investor Qatar again you must look at a very bad humans rights record treatment of overseas workers or should I say exploitation. The rancid partners united together .

Take a look at the pilots new terms then you'll realise your statement isn't factual in the least. Pilots taking temporary cuts everyone else permanent cuts it's not rocket science to understand.

Changes in employment terms are always tough, but be fair, unlike thousands of others losing jobs without opportunity to continue, BA crew on gold plated contracts have raked it in for decades. Cuts of 50% suggest terms were vastly over generous.Net Op profits need restoration in what is a very different business environment. Willie knows how to run an airline and will need to exploit every cost saving possible.

Susie not bitter,I just cannot take willy Walsh and his antagonism towards some of his staff. Also gleefully using current crisis to carry on beating them with.I hope in the future any plot will remember the treatment BA staff has received

You sound so bitter but in relation to shareholders the company exists to make some money, not to be holding our hands.Sorry but whether its a vile co or not makes no difference to me.

If I was in any of the air line companies I would sell before the last week of August, just in case the rumoured lockdown happens.I think the airlines are being pushed up falsely and will drop like they did in the last lockdown. But only imo of course.

I agree regarding the lack of quality of the product offered... this allowed a lower offering in comparison to other airlines because of the stronghold over Heathrow Interesting about giving up slots, I thought that was unlikely as these are with a lot of money. Unless they are forced to . There is no serious competitor at Heathrow Their nearest rivals are the low cost airlines Buffet said the other day that airline airlines are not investable until a vaccine has been found .
