I think the RNS said that Goldmans, MS and Deutsche will underwrite. Deep pockets I guess with any shortfall potentially offset by transaction fees.....

I wonder who's going to underwrite a rights issue in this market.Must be heavily discounted to get one away in these markets.

Early rise due to Covid testing to start soon at Heathrow airport to reduce quarantine time, double testing similar to Germany

Nothing goes down in a straight line.

Mooted Heathrow swab testing coming at £150 a time. Good luck with that.

The World in now in the Grip of the Covid-19 Pandemic

Worldwide cases are at 300,000 a day or 1M new cases every 3 and 1/3 days

Only a few months ago cases were 100K a day and it took 10 days for 1M new cases
and things are getting worse in North and South America , in Africa , in the EU and UK and worst of all in India.

Within a week or two on current growth , it will only take 3 days for 1M and a month from now we will IMO be seeing 1M cases every 2.5 days and another month every 2.25 days.

buywell can't see any cruising taking place with such increases and also no commercial air flights anywhere either.

IMO dyor

hxxps://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2020/08/17/british-airways-a380s-fly/. could be some good news, and save some of the struggling airbus pilots.

It is absolutely obvious both in France and England where and why the virus spikes.

Why won't the BBC and others say it?

The employees wanting IAG to use up its cash pile to pay their wages for doing nothing.
So ignorant.

Have you noticed the latest growth industry, Covid19?
It has replaced climate change.

So many making a living out of it, they try not to notice that death rates have collapsed and compared to other causes are unimportant.

Someone has shot their fox, now there is nothing for them to do.
