SP must be about to do a multiple, it just looks ridiculous at the moment. Do people realise how much oil Hurricane are sitting on, a 660M column is virtually unheard of these days... Especially in the North Sea...

Lesson,

The only reason it`s `held` is to fill sells. If there was more buying pressure, then the share price would rise. Our ii are still selling. IMO

But the share price is up...Which is good news- so clearly there was some good buying too..

LEESON31 Thankyou for your posts today these sort of posts have meat on em and can get lost in all the traffic so I have reposted so all can read again I reckon your a bit low on Halifax I would go for 400mmbo on what I read what could be obtained on depths of oil column

current mcap ~£384m/~$724m at 48.5p

lancaster: MINIMUM base case 333mmbo
lincoln: MIN 250mmbo

halifax: lets say a meagre 150mmbo

total: 733mmbo

when it was just lancaster, i think a fair conservative valuation per barrel would be to use $2.50/b, but once you derisk the 'ridge' or GLA or asset by asset drilling, you can use a derisking $/b variant. I'll use a meagre ~$4/b per asset per MIN base case totalling 733mmbo, being ~$2.9billion/~£;2.3billion or ~192p/share valuation...

remember: MIN base case..

once the CPR is produced, i think you'll find the 2P's per asset will be more like:

lancaster 2P ~500mmbo
lincoln 2P ~400mmbo
halifax 2P ~250mmbo

totals: 1.15billion barrel. 2P's per barrel valuation then easily (lets be conservative) lets say ~$5/b, thats ~$5.5b/~£4.4b or 377p/share.....

all to play for in the coming due course :-)

Your posts make the whole investing real Laser. I'd never really thought about supply ships and equipment regarding the drilling so your info made me have a think about all the work that I have never considered during my investing.What it does show is that the HUR team (and its subcontractors) have a lot to consider and organise to get these wells drilled.

rayrac so far I see no brokers that have upgraded their last targets but all remain bullish

Edison have included that development funded through RBL and farm-out takes place , but do not include revised resources, when we know what funding has taken place hopeful for a further re rate, malcy seems to indicate on vox markets audio that they have good deal on fpso see iii post

7m didn't we have a short for that amount at end of November, I notice its marked up to 20 days settlement, could be connected to stock on loan ,a few rollovers on t20, also infact all the late trades have settlement bargains attached
