Well the company is worth a fortune at takeover.Every share is worth at least tenfold , probably a great deal more.This is why here and at LSE there has been a swarm of avatars constantly trying to obfuscate and FUD and discourage retail from holding or buying the stock.within the next two weeks we find out, just how much GKP is worth .Boooooom.

We have north of 90m dollars in the bank and growing that 6/7m a month.No new capex spending is coming from an independent GKP .So they really should be buying their own stock, but they can’t do that in market if they are in firm sale implementation agreement TBA.Against UK takeover code, “frustrating action”.However using a proxy(s) , and actioning a year or more ago , is legal, and they changed bye laws to allow this WITHOUT informing the market.That meant they could buy a lot cheaper than if mkt could see them directly buying.I think they should have been buying , I am confident they have.Soon find out.

When any big buyers want a lot of stock they force Joe public out..... By dropping the price and suppressing....That's chapter 1 line 1 lol.Obviously that's what has happened here..When big sellers want to dump a lot of stock they spike the price higher to suck thick retail in.... To be fair to the big dog, at least they post something other than “massive takeover £1000 per share, fill your bath” every 5 minutes. Thankfully ADVFN have a mute function otherwise I would be long gone. Nice to have both sides of the coin with habby and big dog arguing with each other. I personally think this will get sorted… but am sceptical over time frames (ie can’t see it happening in the next week or two). I see they’ve now organised a committee to discuss the oil. Sounds a lot like the committee that was organised to discuss the oil restart this time last year. Or the one at Christmas. At the same time the KRG saying they’ve refused to hand over the oil contracts for review. As I said… forever hopeful but might take a while.

As for johnyladyboys ludicrous takeover amounts why would any company need to pay daft amounts when the company was effectively up for sale around the £1 mark pre the great shareholder wipeout of 2016.
