16/6/2015 15:47 | Agree with your points Cyberhub. I hope the share price can recover from here, but suspect it may take some time for confidence and credibility to return. I also concur with Larry335's points above that the VAT issue has been used to kitchen sink the numbers in as much as the forecast sales of the boiler for 2015 were 15,000, and this has been drastically cut back to 500. | imranawan
16/6/2015 15:33 | Market cap is 50M now, which I think is fair value... we've got valuable IP on the boilers, a growing energy supply business, and the battery business which must now be for sale.It will take a while for confidence to be restored though, IMO. I fear that we have been strung along for the last couple of months to a certain extent.Am frustrated that neither I nor any other poster on this board picked up the VAT judgement a fortnight ago. | cyberbub
16/6/2015 15:19 | bean02: the driver behind this morning's RNS had been in the public domain for nearly two weeks. If anyone will be in attendance at this years AGM (to be held in Manchester) perhaps they might suggest the CEO re-considers the £600,000 cash bonus that he's taken over the past two years, unless it's for obfuscation, in which case he's earnt it in spades. | staverly
16/6/2015 14:53 | I think the VAT affects things but I believe it is a side issue. Reading between the lines I think they have had issues with boiler specs in mass production...most likely the scroll tolerances...they had issues last year with the scroll and the recent RNS said that Jabil were now doing the scroll assembly...a post on another board suggested similar before Christmas. I also mentioned on here previously that I only found one manufacturer of a 1kW scroll (Airsquared) There has been no news of the MCS accreditation needed for FIT...to get this I guess that the boilers tested need to generate a certain amount of electricity under certain conditions within certain limits. Without the FIT they could still sell boilers (they must have orders) but the FIT is really needed for the first roll out to cover the existing costs. Any boilers sold with the published agreement would be sold at a loss without the necessary elec. gen spec and the according FIT (this is about 60% of the payback with the published figures...15% extra VAT has a reduced significance) Hence they are trying to reduce the costs and as the RNS says: "will make further refinements to product specifications as part of its continuing validation process"... 16/6/2015 12:04 | Equity Development have just issued a new note, saying Flow only expect to install 500 boiler for 2015 (original target was 15k). I sold out mid-morning for a substantial loss, as I think it will take some time for the share price to recover. | imranawan
16/6/2015 11:40 | BUST soon. | bustedflush2
16/6/2015 09:37 | Less Batman and more Robin I think... | caradog
16/6/2015 09:31 | Christ someone was mugged... 12.75p for 312k shares just after the bell... | cyberbub
16/6/2015 08:53 | Not holding here but like the concept. What a really nasty comment from the above poster.A sad little person taking delight in others misfortune. Has been DumpAt0803hrs, xmasrobbo, user 250148,flopinfo and so on.Posting thousands of messages on every other thread. Started off on ADVFN as robson1974.Really is a nasty piece of work.He has ruined a lot of threads and upset many inexperienced shareholders in the past. So here he is. | shauney2
16/6/2015 08:38 | Curiously it has the same 'batman' formation that showed on the QPP chart last year, with the two ears... I used to have a rule never to invest in shares under the £1 level, which did very well for me after i had to recover from the Y2k bubble. At various stages I let go of it to invest in what I thought were highly promising situations, only to have to re-learn the error of my ways. Nevertheless I continue to hold quite a few penny stocks, but only in positive trends. | brucie5
16/6/2015 08:33 | I am still holding Brucie, I am only slightly in the red at the mo, but it's very frustrating... lesson learned I think...Let's see where it settles... I think the company is worth a lot more than current mcap in a trade sale with all the IP... that might happen now, Jabil might snap up the company on weakness for 25p a share say, and have done with it...NAI | cyberbub
16/6/2015 08:29 | lol well done to all mug punters here who have no inkling of things like business fundamentals good to see you get wiped out | the stigologist
16/6/2015 08:21 | it is actually double whammy bad news because they won't get to cashflow positive when they first expected so no doubt a fundraising is on the cards pretty soon probably sub 10p | the stigologist
16/6/2015 08:21 | lol mug punters were warned that this Company is a serial failure pmsl | the stigologist
16/6/2015 08:19 | Straight to cypher pattern this morning | tradeyodha
16/6/2015 08:18 | Cyber, I certainly had no prescience of this morning's news when I wrote my post, but experience suggests to me that a strongly descending share price is more likely than not to encounter further bad news. I'm sorry about this. Hope you're not too badly burned. I guess there may be a time to get back in with a small amount of capital, but share prices always exceed fair price in both directions. I would be waiting to see where it stabilises. | brucie5
16/6/2015 08:18 | Shocker. VAT at full is bad enough but this...... SUBSTANTIAL Reduction in sales? | nick rubens
16/6/2015 08:14 | No one on these boards mentioned the VAT thing either... | cyberbub
16/6/2015 08:13 | I must say I hadn't been aware of the VAT ruling... I guess that's where the full-time investors have an advantage, constantly threat-scanning... | cyberbub
16/6/2015 08:11 | "and will make further refinements to product specifications as part of its continuing validation process" Is the VAT a red herring? Could it be that they can't get the MCS accreditation (for FIT) with the existing design...? | larry335
16/6/2015 08:07 | Interestingly a lot of people seem to be taking advantage of the ginormous drop to buy more... so far anyway... | cyberbub |
