23/1/2020 18:21 | If Aberdin wants to bail out the whole holding then well … a lot of pressure on the price . | t 34
23/1/2020 17:18 | To be fair, and keep in mind I'm bearish, you appear to know sod all about gin. | dround87
23/1/2020 17:09 | Aberdeen Standard Life latest out of the blocks with a TR1. Still 6% to go though. It is cheap under one scenario - that Europe, USA, Aus and Canada consume prorata the same as UK, revenue of £2 per head of population, and that to get there margin remains the same. That simply isn't going to happen - the UK is a gin drinking country like no other and even here it has reached fad stage. Far more likely that they'll warn again on UK revenue, which will be hit both by units and a lower price. Ubiquity negates luxury, and the greater the audience the more it needs priming with advertising. Meanwhile plenty of early adopters will move on the next thing that your aunt Doris isn't also drinking. | hpcg
23/1/2020 16:30 | £6m of shares bought by a wise investor just after lunch today. | llama1978
23/1/2020 16:28 | £6 is how much was invested in your education. | llama1978
23/1/2020 15:55 | A lot of negativity on this thread. For long term holders, this is a company with very high CFROIC, a huge addressable market, a rock solid balance sheet, a quality product and management who have credible history of rolling it out. If we continue to gain traction around the world and can redeploy earnings at the current levels of return, the company is IMO undervalued. | talk2tc
23/1/2020 13:12 | Holding up well , looking for uplift at 2. | bargainbob
23/1/2020 11:19 | We'll see. Dead cat done. I reckon it's a slow trek back to Wednesdays lows. Then who knows? Next set of results is probably not going to set the world on fire. We pretty much know that. Unless something fundamentally changes. But the bull case is out there nonetheless as there always is IMHO when a company is sitting on a massive pile of cash. | dround87
23/1/2020 10:29 | EVery chance , if it regains once USA opens it will be bullish. | bargainbob
23/1/2020 10:12 | Someone just bought about £1.5m of shares so not all in agreement with that. I think H1 2020 may be a bit flat due to Xmas window dressing but that will pick up in H2. 2021 should see the price back in the high £20s as people realise this is not a dying fad but a long term quality product that can serve all drinking habits in most countries. | llama1978
23/1/2020 09:50 | The first two TR-1s out already. There is a mountain of stock to move, and no serious buyers at this level. There'll likely be another big step down in March when results are released and some form of trading update. That somewhat depends on where price has got to by then of course. It is certainly heading to 10 quid, and I don't mean for a small can of pop. | hpcg
23/1/2020 09:05 | Now heading to £10 ! | trt
23/1/2020 08:38 | If it happens in the next 12 months without fever falling off another cliff I give you my word I'll shut my mouth and never post on this board again. | dround87
23/1/2020 08:29 | Anything has a price , if a company thinks in can make it a global success then 3 billion over 10 years is nothing . It all depends on your view. Just strange strength after the kicking earlier this week. If i recall rumours of a bid last year on the run past £30. | bargainbob
23/1/2020 08:05 | Mountain out of a molehill? Hahaha! You are an odd man! Yes Chris I've said repeatedly one of the things that would really get me interested in coming back in is if fever were to consider expanding their portfolio with aquisitions. Here's hoping. You're kidding yourself if you think they'll be bought out at these levels. Do the math. | dround87
23/1/2020 07:51 | Do not make a mountain out of a molehill They sold a small fraction, plonker. They were above 5% now are below 5% What you need to consider is that directors have confidence in the company. Possible bid? Everyone is looking to grow either by aquisition or organically. So look at PepsiCo or Unilever r Pernod they need to boost their earnings ,so anything is possible | christh
23/1/2020 07:32 | Why 20 quid Chris? Is that what your beloved brokers are recommending? | dround87
23/1/2020 07:27 | Btw-I see that FMR LLC, in reducing their holding, now state in the RNS that it is ‘Below 5’. Don’t they have to be a bit more precise? I thought the threshold for disclosure/non-discl | wetdream
23/1/2020 07:21 | Perhaps he’s read your optimistic posts, christh? | wetdream
23/1/2020 07:14 | Director has been buying shares Another boost to the share price | christh
23/1/2020 06:38 | They have been hoovered up already and more in demand. It's crawling back to £20 after the market makers have got the stock so cheap. | christh
