No it would not. Warrants wink wink 20p in the bag. They are serial failures on delivery. The market values this as an expected failure. Warrant adjustment says we know we will need more cash soon. Either to combine on orders or to pay for new ideas for DL to explore the rabbit holes with.

Farrugia I don't understand that view. It's just realistic in the current market. It's pointless if the warrants were triggered too late to accelerate or facilitate a big expansion in sales volume as they are experiencing. They need to be able to supply and clearly that costs something to deliver. The model means that they don't need massive investment but they do need something.

Maybe should have set them at 3p.. reading between the lines of an MR news release, I'd guess that the balance sheet strength has come up in conversations with clients more than once and maybe even given as a reason for not doing business

David seems to think that the massive deployment of XGS-PON and FTTR in China is on course and the Q3 delivery of the last of the 5000 units is on course.
They need to be underlining the financial instruments with commercial success simple as that. Currently the market is focused on admin and they need to focus on the commercial success. That won't happen unless Ethernity delivers some commercial news.
The adjustment of the warrant price is a sensible move but the market sees it negative which is not surprising given the dire situation for investors generally.
They certainly need to change the market focus.

This looks rather shabby, and I strongly disapprove changing the exercise price of warrants so soon after doing a fund raise at what was then a multi year low.

Hasn’t changed anything. I think Q3 23 is the first EBITDA positive quarter. News coming on deployments to trigger the warrants. But we can all have different ideas.

More good news here I see... guys make some money and have a lot at VAST :) PAT has been calling it down since .55p of late it's up 35% where as this is DOWN 60% :o :o :o
