If you cannot see the plan they had then here it is….

1) Talk to Premier Milton and Bergen and get their agreement.
2) placing at 3p that drops the market price to that level.
3) Premier Milton, DL and engineers buy in.
4) Warrants revaluation at 6p with 7.5p trigger. That mostly benefits Premier Milton and DL who took 50% of that placing.
5) Release news. Most likely G2 very soon. G1 was launched Oct 21 and we got first orders six months before. Nathan Stooke says G2 is planned late 2023. Plus PON contract
6) share price rises to 9p. Cash sorted for growth. Most warrant benefit yo PM and DL.

Jim of course it will be 20p just not within the window.
Ethernity will need cash Q4 to continue the massive deployment of FTTR and PON solutions. Clearly the financial situation is delicate in a poor market so they have to be agile and flexible.
The news today is positive in my view. They are being proactive and could only do this now not after news.

Either they have revenues going up or they have not. Do you think this BoD who are so bad at pumping the share are lying? I don’t think so.
This RNS is brutally realistic for once. The 20p warrants might as well not exist and they know what news they are going to be able to release. This will take it above 7.5p and trigger the cash. That in itself will be the basis for moving up to 20p.
I would not be surprised to see the first RNS tomorrow!

Now we are all set for year end, at last.All current bad news out of the way. Predictions for Trading update No new orders except Tarana have ordered a few more. The reliable Chinese are humming and haring while they steal the IP, Lots of prospective people looking but not commiting, but that's ok as we now have cash. Might do 9 million but probably 4.5 and the next year 4.5 ( still counts).Finishing line, warrants wink wink, video on Proactive with David saying another tech company just sold for 100 million.
