What do you mean where did the 750k go. Nowhere. In case you hadn't noticed the share price is not 7.5p. This is a realistic response to the poor share price performance. Clearly they expected 20p before now but that's not going to happen until they confirm commercial success. Currently the market is waiting for commercial direction. As the market has already delivered their verdict any difference is an opportunity.

No it wouldn’t, this is 99% company specific, 1% market.
The company has no credibility in the market now, the OTC listing, the “easily met”, the advanced discussions etc really do count for nothing.

No it would not. Warrants wink wink 20p in the bag. They are serial failures on delivery. The market values this as an expected failure. Warrant adjustment says we know we will need more cash soon. Either to combine on orders or to pay for new ideas for DL to explore the rabbit holes with.
