Management have shown to date they're not up to the task of building a profitable company ....the tech might be A1 but if they are unable to gain traction, maybe they need a partner. with deep pockets to step forward .
If there is slippage again .What price to secure funding then?

Proof this thread was correct they need another raise to survive.End of story. So when the share price is 1p do they reduce the warrants again? They need a proper fund raise of say £5m at 1 pence.Run by fools for fools

Why did they attempt so many products?
We just need one or two successes, then we can develop the other products when there is cashflow.

It's actually very good news !! Basically telling you the share price is going to 7 pence level in the very short term. If you don't understand this ... I'd give up !

dpl They need someone to take them out, I'm convinced of that. I don't think they have an independent future, simply haven't got the resources and they've painted themselves into a corner. Now we know why no extra deals signed, customers or potential customers don't want to sign up with a cash strapped company.

kcoweTbf it was MR that made the 'no brainer' comment. And seeing as he's the most inept fd ever, that puts it in context.

I seem to remember MR once saying they couldn't or wouldn't change the price of the warrants. Still, desperate times call for desperate measures I guess.Mind you, 7.5p would be a result from where we are now.

Just shows what belief the company has going forward ... moved the goal posts .. Thought 20 p was a no brainer .. the company is a laughing stock ... as ia PATT and 504

Astral I think the part you highlighted is to do with the dreaded "financial strength requirements" that tech firms will look for and that Ethernity are clearly lacking
