25/5/2023 08:03 | DPs odds of delivery 25:1 look about right. In which case DL could just buy the company out of receivership. Though he might get out bid for the IP, 2 companies lost. Not a good look of OEMS though. You would have to be so confidant to back ENET with your contract purchases. If it was you, would you buy? If they do announce a contract that says something.Chuck and Hank say boss this tech is good, but can we trust them not to go bust? | chester9
25/5/2023 08:01 | Yes indeed they have been wrong most of the time about the AIM. The strike price for the accelerator clause is 7.5p. we'll see conversion above 6p. It's a real world response to the dire state of the appreciation of this company by the market. Clearly they need these triggered and to do that they need to release news. I think that they understand that. | 504
25/5/2023 08:01 | I think you can pretty much guarantee that the the end of year results when they RNS it will show that they have got naff all and are desperate for the money. This imho will drop further sub 3p either b4 or on release of those results. Of course as was stated the 20p warrant would be easily achieved...err no and dont forget the 60p warrants. The history of not hitting any target even their own backside is long and there for all to see except PRATT and the prune | quantas01
25/5/2023 07:58 | How many times have they been confidant though. | chester9
25/5/2023 07:57 | Pap As stated before I believe patt, 504 and astral are in cahoots, deliberately keeping enet near the top of the most popular threads so it will catch the eye of anyone looking in. Not sure they want the share price to go up necessarily, they just want people to keep parting with their money whatever the price (perhaps so others can sell or brokers make their money). Hence they are equally bullish at 3p as they were at 60p, despite all the evidence that the company is a sham. It’s disgusting. | archy147
25/5/2023 07:56 | I means that the management expert it to go to 7.5p+ but they have been very poor at guessing the AIM performance so far. They must understand that it's not going to move without positive news. This is a proactive move which is at least better than just another discounted placing. It's a journey and they have had potholes and diversions for sure. | 504
25/5/2023 07:55 | Could be right PaTTEither that or they are very stupid!Let's see | astralvision
25/5/2023 07:55 | Normal stuff. We know they will need cash for the growth. This gives them it far faster. Expect news soon. | purchaseatthetop
25/5/2023 07:55 | It only makes any sense issuing that RNS now, with the warrants still having 20 months to run, if you feel that minimum 7.5p is achievable in the short/medium term.Otherwise you might as well wait, allied to the strong probability that they need the further £1.2m or so of cash.Effectively they must be confident of hitting 8p-10p in the medium term.Otherwise the rns is a waste of space.Tbf I would be happy with that. | astralvision
25/5/2023 07:52 | Glad we cleared that up. | joinednow
25/5/2023 07:52 | yes 9m disclosure, ie just revenue, doesnt move a share price. A share price does not depend on just revenue. | joinednow
25/5/2023 07:50 | I dont think we got a cats chance in hell even of 7p. Anyone else feel that way? | joinednow
25/5/2023 07:50 | Seems like a sensible move given the poor market conditions and as it's been posted here as an option. They expected the $9m disclosure to support the share price and it hasn't. MR was wrong again as he has been all the way through. Obviously they were banking on the 15p warrants as part of their financial planning and had to revert to the disastrous 3p level given the failure. They will still want that near term funding secure and now it's realistic in the near term. It's pointless having the funds at the end of this year when the 20p trigger was likely. Now they just need a couple of pieces of decent news and it's done. Hopefully they have that near. | 504

25/5/2023 07:42 | So PRATT you must be feeling rather smug this morning knowing that all your cash reserve calls were spot on. Nothing to say. Thought so. And the dried greek prune must be ecstatic knowing the yacht she named Titanic wont be built anytime soon | quantas01
