LOL.

Only a fool would blame the Coronavirus on pubs being open. PMSL

Take a look at where the top ten hot spots are across the UK and then consider what the common denominator might be ;-)

It's certainly not because their pubs have re-opened !

I don't think it'll be anywhere near that figure. They are not highly paid and some would have been on temporary contracts.

Anyone know what redundancy payouts easyJet have paid out to their pilots and cabin crew? Trying to look online but can't find anything but the usual dribble from unions. Hearing it may have been £30k payouts to cabin crew but can't see that myself

gettingrichslow its pointless using any facts or figures from the us as they are as thick as pig $hit.

Having said that with a population of 328 million then 97,000 isn't a huge number.

Nice start again today by the way ;-)

Tlobs says “Younger children are not the problem. Have you heard of many (any?) children catching the virus?”

How about this from BBC today then?
“At least 97,000 children in the US were infected with Covid-19 in the last two weeks of July, according to a new study from the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Children's Hospital Association.

The study finding a 40% increase in child cases across the US comes as some states begin to reopen.

A seven-year-old child is the youngest person in Georgia to have died from Covid-19.”

I doubt it with the share price being up 16p. Probably a buy from earlier.
