More additional summer routes. Malaga where I live to Nice is interesting to me. A good way to escape the summer heat.

It's remarkable how disconnected the share price is from the progress of the business and the whole sector.
Just 10% up on this time last year when there was substantial doubt about easyjet place in the market and their commercial success.
I wonder what it's going to take for the market to value them.
Next month we'll hear that H1 was substantially ahead of last year and summer capacity is largely sold. Easyjet are adding routes and services to fill in capacity windows.
The whole sector doesn't have capacity to fill the demand and we'll soon hear about the higher prices as a result.

I am using these airlines several times a month and I am paying at least 50% more than last year.

I guess that the original flight allocations are selling well ahead of expectation.

Yeh the market takes time to catch up sometimes. Right now. PE 12 ish is hard to argue much against. Seemingly the company is targeting 1B pre tax profits for future years. An impressive figure (outside of giants like IAG/Ryanair etc). I can't see a billion happening this year but a good step towards it (say half way there from the 450 this year) will hopefully provide another step up for the share price I wonder if the faint takeover rumours could return this year. Prob more chance of a secondary listing (or leaving the useless UK and listing elsewhere) mind.

It takes time to rerate even when the drivers are in plain sight.
I take the information onboard and just wait for the market to catch up.
It's started but there's a long way to go.

Yeh wish it was a lot higher as things are almost good as they get for airlines right now. Need the share price to add a few quid before the next forgone calamity comes along.

I still anticipate it moving up. When is the question. I think that the business environment is currently almost optimal for easyJet given their exposure to low risk locations and established expat routes.
I am surprised to see it hung up at such a low point.

SP clearly going nowhere at the moment but not unexpected after such a meteoric rise.6 weeks till a crucial trading update. If it drifts down to a fiver I might even be tempted to average down lol.

Strong performance from IAG. Encouraging words about strong demand in the leisure sector.
Clearly easyJet are well ahead of this share price.

amt agreed. There seems to be a very good grip of the business and the job at hand. Crucial that they avoid or minimise any peak time disruption to really squeeze the profit up this year.

Very encouraging interview from Lungrund this morning, aircraft delivered early. Any spike in prices caused by aircraft shortages from Ryanair is great news for EZJ. Prepare for takeoff

I know.... but only 1m traded or so....surprised at such a big drop unless an institution is a forced seller due to the structure of the fund they represent.

last nigh edv was ranked 112 in fste 350 so get kicked out of fste 100 and ezj was highest value fste250 so goes in my data from stockopedia, investec shares in issue is wrong?!

I don’t really follow charts but the 14 day one I look at shows not far from support level.
