I am looking forward to the RNS from BUR which confirms tangible progress towards, and an acceleration, of the proposed NASDAQ listing...

This does seem to be as clear a case as you could hope to see. Let's hope the FCA step in for once. Shorting is fine, market manipulation is not

I've always defended the rights of short sellers to rubbish publicly what they are shorting But yes - this would appear to be market manipulation

Are BUR ready with an RNS to thwart which looks like another short attack, T/W WTF does he know all snakes together, not holding currently but ready to buy if the price drops too much.

An interesting test, whether to follow more the words of noise traders or what they actually do in the market.

No apparent sign (that I can see), MW has increased its short after cutting from 0.7% to 0.1% around the impact of its first report.

Fair value is what the market is willing to pay. If they sell a piece of Pieterson for X then fair value = X x remaining share.

GROW also values its assets as the latest raise prices.

When investments are not tradable that is the only measure you can use.

Any credibility MW had is rapidly diminishing with this constant panic based release of rambling tweets. Let's see what's in this next one. What's Block scared of?I'm more interested personally in the major revelations from Burford, which I reckon will come in time, and I suspect Block knows this too. Maybe that's what's driving the irrationality and panic. Bogart & Molot working diligently in the background, whereas Block fumbles from tweet to tweet.Good luck to all long term holders.

Getting a bit yawn Whatever they'll publish (unless genuinely new) though the share price will instantly tank about 2 percent and then recover either a little lower or higher

Anyone seen the tweet from Winnifred that Muddy Waters
“will be running major revelations on Burford at 8.15am”

Yep - and the problem is that whatever Peterson was worth a few weeks ago it's worth a lot less now - no point crying about long term recovery value, and Elliot eventfully being paid out when you are endorsing earnings based on mark to market
