Minnesota warns on vaping
The Minnesota Health Department issues a warning against the potential dangers of vaping after four teenagers were hospitalized for lung disease in the state.
It's reported to be the first time that Minnesota has linked lung disease in teenagers to e-cigarettes and other kinds of battery-powered smoking.

With markets looking a little shaky right now, a high div low PE high market cap, liquid share, performing above low expectations, is possibly a good place to be.

Shorters have been caught out by better than expected results,hopefully BATS will

break out of its recent trading range and move up , well above the 200 day moving
average heading for £40.

Tobacco stocks are on watch after Citi warns that the FDA is "closer" to taking regulatory action.

The FDA is also launching its first TV ads to fight teen vaping. The $60M FDA initiative called "The Real Cost" features new commercials featuring street magician Julius Dein using tricks to educate teens on the risks of e-cigarettes.
