Up 4.17% on ASX. News can't be far away with AGM later this month. Elections in Madagascar next year i believe, putting pressure on them to advance positive developments like Toliara. Is that the line of thought now. Fiscal Terms have taken a lot longer than were originally envisaged. It has been like watching paint dry. Let's hope they can finally get Terms agreed for the AGM. The share price will then re-rate very quickly. Oh come on just get it sorted.

Absolutely. I am sure there is no doubt whatsoever that they will be as keen as anyone to release news as soon as it is received. Madagascar is after-all a Co maker.

Morning plasybryn
If the company received any news from our negotiations with the Madagascar ministry of mines regarding any movement forward then they are legally bound to inform us the shareholders and the market immediately

I'm pretty sure they don't know anything we don't. I think some people said to themselves i'll given them to say end of Q3. Perhaps others might say till the AGM. I'm of the view the Co. will want to have something more concrete to say by the AGM and will therefore be doing everything they can to get Govt commitment. I think the co. expected to be further advanced than this by now and i'm sure they will be getting highly frustrated putting max. pressure on the Govt.

Toliars always going to be a concern however it’s been subject to being suspended for 3 years next week
We need news but unfortunately this problem could go on for the life of our mining licence
I also believe that the words about progress from the company are credible but the Madagascar gov have been cheated so many times by unscrupulous countries exploiting their naive history in dealing with these mega rich countries
so they have bunkered down and we are the patsy in the middle
However if they look at our records of repatriation of the sites in other African countries that we currently have mining contracts they are examples of a very caring company regards the land and the people living there

Plasybryn,
I hope your optimism is not misplaced. However, I have noticed the gradual price erosion of BSE ASX over the past month followed this week by a lot of sells on LSE. Do sime investors know something or is this a result of people losing faith because of the Toliara signing delays?

Co. saying next year's election is increasing pressure on them to sign off the fiscal terms. Perhaps we will hear more before or at the AGM on 25th Nov. I can see sellers kicking themselves very soon but perhaps i am overly optimistic.

I have been in business for most of my life and the one thing learned over these years is to concentrate on potential asset’s
I also can envisage our directors changing tack with the further extension of exploration in Kenya and Tanzania
Madagascar should never be discarded but we need to edge our bets
To this extent the board are showing massive forethought and planning with regards to our future

Any news from your end janekane? Are investors going to be caught out when we get positive news (hopefully) on Madagascar? If we get the Fiscal Terms signed off pre the AGM in November, what can we expect in terms of buying activity. A frenzy or something more constrained? Whatever happens, the Co. will have to update shareholders at the AGM. Not long to wait. Still lots of very positive Co. Twitter activity (mainly ESG issues) which is always encouraging to see as they build relationships and local support at all levels.

The AGM in November is in sight. Is it reasonable to expect an update on all our projects before then. The noise earlier in the year suggested Fiscal Terms on Madagascar would have been granted by now. So i'm sure they will want to extend every once of effort to get a positive result pre AGM.Our patience has been tested but this could be a transformational quarter. Lets hope so?
