Morning plasybryn it’s the market it’s a reaction to putins war in Ukraine ,gas prices ,food ,massive losses in the hospitality sectors on the way as poor publicans go bust because of energy costs and pub companies screwing there leaseholders, landlords of shops charging extortionate amounts of rent to the shopkeepers ,councils and business rates far exceeded the viability of these shops
And the biggest problem of all is the fat cats who earn millions on the backs of hard working people just trying to get by on wages that can’t pay the bills expect another BLACK MONDAY very soon

Makes the yield even better. Perhaps some don't want a dividend as they get taxed on it if not in an ISA. Otherwise very strange behaviour inmy book and not normal pre ex dividend date.

Morning plasybryn the progression of work in Tanzania in the exploration of new mine possibilities is enormous for us
We have an existing mine life in Kenya now extended to late 2024
And your right about Madagascar
The one most important document we have and own is the right to mine via our “MINING LICENSE “ issued by the Madagascar government
Fiscal terms take time but will eventually be agreed for the benefit of both parties

We had a massive trading session in Australia again last night and I’m expecting another .5p rise on the bid today in the uk

Our chart continues to look good. Nice upward trend. It seems investors are getting more confident about Tolaira fiscal terms being agreed soon (by October?) and production extensions at Kwale.

Did anyone listen to the Results broadcast today. Very impressive numbers and another nice dividend in the bag. 41% increase in revenue due to higher prices and operating margin up 52% at $425/t.
Good opportunities to extend the Life of Mine in Kenya and Toliara seems to have a "clear pathway" to Fiscal Term Agreement. Now October? Govt. expectations have moderated on external advice (World Bank etc.) and the increased value of the project over 38 year Life of Mine has increased the Govt's sense of urgency to get on with it. $2.4 billion of value to Madagascar over the Life of Mine. Not to be sneezed at!
Two months for the inaugural Sustainability Report to be released.
What will BSE be worth once Fiscal Terms are agreed on the Toliara World Class asset? A lot more than 20p per share surely. In the meantime a 9% dividend to enjoy in September.

This is a new high today although I note if you go back as far as 2012 it was 27.33p.
Get these Fiscal Terms sorted and we are on our way imo.
