I have 50% of my holding in SIPP which I am not selling and 50% in short/mid term investment account .... of which I have sold half, at an average of 4.76.

Thought twice about it but last time I did not sell the bounce, Ms Truss stuffed me up!

Great results. Amanda has made all the difference to AVIVA in last 3 years and demonstrates how a good CEO can really lead the company and results. I wished there were more like her across the FTSE. I can only see this growing in the near term in revenue and dividend. Now it looks a little pricy on the % divi return, compared to my other main investment options. Happy to hold and collect GLA

I hear what your saying but the figures are now somewhat retrospective and going forward they have a capital light policy with most of the heavy lifting done

Shouldn’t EPS be a minimum 2x DPS? I’m not seeing that from the figures.

I don’t see poor dividend cover like Smurfy - cost of dividend is a smidgen less than a billion and they state that by 2025 they will be making 2 billion pre tax and as for people who rely on charts to invest(don’t get me started!)

A 4% increase after 18 mins is pretty good considering overall market down 33 points.
Scribblers are going to have to revise their forecasts upwards given the new forward guidance for the company.
Most brokers have a BUY already but the earnings forecast has to increase ....unless they doubt the AV figures.
All pretty good.

Next up Phoenix and M&G. Hoping they do as well.

Those EPS figures suggest a poor dividend cover.

Chart wise looks like we have broken out for now.

A cracking set of figures in my opinion and as skinny mentioned earlier it has to put share price highs over recent years in sight.

If for some reason the market gods decide to drop the price then I for one will be adding for the long term.
