What have you done for me lately???
not much longer to see.
Im looking carefully at a variety of metrics.

General Insurance at least 10.7Billion, over 12 would be good.
Retirement,Improvement necessary as the increase at 9 months was only 2%
Health/protection was doing well at the 9 months stage up 23%...more of the same?
Wealth up 6% at 9 months, so it would be good to see a noticeable improvement.

own funds generation at least 1.5 bln
Centre liquidity again at least 1.5 bin
Progress is controllable cost reduction from the 750 mln so far
debt leverage ratio more or less steady at approx 30.5%
operating profit at least 1.5Bln (which would be a smidge over +7%)

Confirmation of div which is pretty much nailed on at 33.4p
Size of buyback at least 350m
solvency circa 200%
EPS growth rate 30%, more would be welcome

Blancs has been very impressive but the share price isn't showing it.
Rose was also a good female CEO @ NatWest until the Farrage episode.

Re the 2026 miltiple
Does Lloyd's still work on a 3-Year cycle so 2023 earnings not reported until 2026?

they dont knowingly underpay for things thats true...the succession acqn was a huge multiple. however, like with this, if they can pump more capital into it and grow it successfully it will probably work out fine. im not so familiar wiht lloyds so any insights would be interesting around the quality of this business and its opportunity set.

Agree. Nice move. One quibble. 7x 2026 earnings paid. So that's 7 x earnings growing at 20% CAGR on a number not achieved yet. Why am I having to work this out? Just tell me the current multiple cost based on last year's earnings. Grump over.
