The longer Ariana runs itself like a private company, the more the public investors will either sell up or spurn investment here.

Again, I only have myself to blame as all the signs have been here for a couple of years.

I still think these constant sells have little to do with the company performance. If Rowan held an interest in a quarter of the company and his beneficiaries are selling, which is what I think, it will clear eventually. At the rate they're going this might be by Easter. Buying at under 2p is extraordinary given the outcomes, despite the company's slow progress. I shall still keep topping up when I can, and grit my teeth!

Of course not helped back the lack of any tangible newsflow from the company 😏

I see it as a fact that big shareholders support the present frame.Which is giving us the obvious results.

Human psychology is an incredible phenomenom.

As at AAU to me it is all about atm

Ps - i am intimately aware that some boards of the best Cos employ psychiatrists.

Also best athletes have them. And traders...

Indeed xow but we can only hope that bigger holders come to their senses and can see new blood is needed if anything is to change here as surely they know now the Q&As are literally just paying lip service.

Well, MDV does own 5.65 percent of the company so the 'announced' intention to give dividends will serve him well.

I think we should demand a statement of vision, strategy to achieve that vision and clear timescales and milestones. I think we need to know what the Board's priorities are and how they aim to achieve them. It seems increasingly that shareholders are being taken for an ill defined ride. Treated with contempt and only given part of the story when it suits the Board. I'm not clear how they are getting away with it. It's not as though their strategy (whatever it is) is delivering value.

But it hasn't worked for Starvest Soul. They are being liquidated and the Ariana shares returned to investors alongside GGP. If the AAU Board asked investors if they wanted to invest in high risk regimes like Zimbabwe, what do you think the response would be? If they said do you want us to put build a 100,000 oz p.a. high grade mine at Salinbas on a 33% partnership with Proccea & Ozaltin what do we think investors would say.? I'm not sure i know where AAU is going anymore.

It's hard to pigeon hole Ariana and I am not entirely sure there is an action plan, probably the reason we never get to see it and why we remain frustrated.
Maybe they plan is to spin off Asgard when the markets improve.

Is Ariana slowly becoming an Investment Trust with multiple investments and stakes in the mining sector, a bit like Starvest was? If true surely they need to inform investors and change their description from an Explorer & Developer into a more accurate description.

About the same to get Venus listed Shortarm.

It really shouldn't be for shareholders to vote MdV out as Chairman if the company abided by some normality for the length of time a Chairman should be in position.

They have about 50 days to keep this promise:

MDV tried several times to get Kerim to say that Kiziltepe would last way beyond 2025. Kerim is just very conservative!(IMC recording).
