RNS Gold Intercepts Validate Province Potential at 40 Mile Camp

• Drilling indicates that the target is open along strike over 550m; further drilling now planned to test the area at depth and along strik

• Best shallow aircore drilling returned:
o 1m @ 1.29g/t Au (from 7m)
o 3m @ 0.41g/t Au (from 32m)
o 2m @ 0.37g/t Au (from 40m)
o 2m @ 0.31g/t Au (from 43m)

Summary:
Panther Metals Ltd (ASX: PNT), ('Panther' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce the
completion of its first drilling campaign within the 40 Mile Camp prospect on the Picnic
Ridge target. The 1,800m aircore program was designed to systematically test the first of
many anomalous targets generated from exploration of the greater area by the Company.
Drilling successfully intercepted highly anomalous zones of gold mineralisation, open at
depth and along strike, indicating potential to further grow Picnic Ridge. The intercepts
also validate the need to follow-up on the deeper 3D inversion targets in the area and
provide significant confidence to the Company’s wider exploration model for the 40 Mile
Camp and 40 Mile Camp East prospect areas.

Because if many investors have gone into SEV for access to Greatland they may not want AAU so you get sells by individuals who have no concern for the subsequent share price of AAU. That's why AAU have to go on the marketing offensive so shareholder see benefit of keeping the shares.

Amidst all the doom andgloom gold has headed above 2000 dollars. If it stays there that's as good as a 10% imcrease in production. Planned gold price 1800 dollars, actual price 2000+.

Why buy back the shares from SVE, they have a plan for the shares that seems reasonable?

Don’t like the buyback. Shares sit in treasury and then normally get handed out as options to the BoD with shareholders having little say in the matter.

Don’t believe this BoD are entitled to any options given the share price performance (down 67%).

Trouble is they have told the market what they propose to do. Also got to think about any tax issues. But i agree a buy-back of circa 11m shares by Ariana seems do able and something I am sure we would all support. As you say worth exploring for sure.

Lol we will see.

After nearly 20yrs and giving a chunk of the company away, Aau doesn't have an awful lot 😉 and still no answer to where it has all gone 🤔

If I was in charge I'd approach liquidators and offer to buy the shares at fixed price thus preventing mass shares coming onto the market. This would work well for AAU buying back shares at this price . Don't know if logistics would allow. Worth asking question .

I'd have thought that the company might have commented on the situation, if only to give some reassurance to AAU holders.
