02/11/2023 08:47 | unexciting unless they resurrect the apliki deal together with full permitting, otherwise just another mining company with revenues at least 10 years away. let's hope this is a precursor to apliki resurrection with full permitting. | konil
02/11/2023 08:34 | so they appear to be doing something | zangdook
02/11/2023 07:30 | A must do legal step on the way. So they can issue paper to the public. Ps - advisers know who the buyers will be. I am curious as a small child. So many cheap producing copper mines on discount offer. Why bother with Venus. Must be strategic imho but then why go public? I can not process it. | kaos3
02/11/2023 05:21 | Get the public private just didn't know relevance or logistics of the IPO. Ie is it imminent due to this info. | bigglesbingham
02/11/2023 04:53 | As JD says, IPO very close, but we know that, just confirms. | renniks2016
01/11/2023 22:55 | Although the definition is not totally straightforward a company is generally referred to as public if it is traded on a stock exchange, prior to that it is private, so I think the change is taken as implying the IPO is imminent. | jaynesdad
01/11/2023 22:12 | Not sure of what that means ? I may be being thick but ? | bigglesbingham
01/11/2023 22:08 | Check out Companies House gov website. Changes as of today. | dixi
01/11/2023 21:47 | Can you elaborate pal | bigglesbingham
01/11/2023 19:45 | Venus- Certificate of re-registration from Private to Public Limited Company. | renniks2016

01/11/2023 11:39 | Any chance you could leave it out with the buying of AAU shares for another week or so?Polite request :-D | shortarm
01/11/2023 10:37 | ps, just noticed GGP because of the SVE connection. Why isn't AAU reacting like that at the moment?! | jaynesdad
01/11/2023 10:35 | Must admit that until today I didn't know Scotland had any gold - I knew Wales did in Anglesey because of Kates wedding ring! Just had a brief read of their RNSs, can't decide if they have got the geology wrong, whether they have the board wrong or whether there is just too much accumulated debt for it to be viable. In other words I haven't got a clue. I am confident however that AAU has the experience to come to the correct decision. | jaynesdad
01/11/2023 10:24 | Keri's mentioned Australian opportunity in interview. This was mentioned months ago. Scotgold states talks broke down October new company in frame. Not sure why (apart from sangster connection) it is being mentioned. | bigglesbingham
01/11/2023 09:00 | Indeed Nov31, the Scotsgold mine is the quintessential money pit. I would be out on that news. | soulsauce
01/11/2023 08:36 | Oh I hope not SGZ is a basket case and we’d do well to stay well away, unless we got it for free out of administration or the like and even then I’d take a lot of convincing …..there are surely better investments and plays out there. This is not meant as any reflection on Chris Sangster or his technical skills | nov31
01/11/2023 08:18 | What to buy Scotsgold? | soulsauce
01/11/2023 08:01 | Conjecture on the LSE board that currently suspended (and broke) Scotgold (Chris Sangster link) could be the 'opportunity' mentioned. Most advanced talks broke down October 2nd, new head investor now in talks. | shortarm
01/11/2023 07:19 | 13 trucks and five JCBs doing a dance... | shortarm
01/11/2023 07:09 | AAU has posted on Twitter this morning from Tavsan. Someone is alive. | plasybryn
01/11/2023 07:04 | Just excellence yes pal. Majority on this board do their own research and the discussions as such are so much better for it. | bigglesbingham
31/10/2023 17:48 | I take it that was aimed at excellance bigglesbingham 🤔 | soulsauce
31/10/2023 16:56 | Concentrate on CHF where you ploughed money in as it disintegrated and then continue to be the sole poster on their bulletin board? You have absolutely no credibility . Please do your research. No need to respond I don't want to waste any more time on idiots. | bigglesbingham
31/10/2023 16:48 | dixi SVE are passing their holdings in AAU and GGP on to their shareholders, except maybe a few to cover costs - bearing in mind that that they have smaller shareholdings which they are selling (KEFI, Cora etc) which will give them cash. So I doubt that the AAU sales are from them. | jaynesdad |
