Is it possible that Ozaltin and therefore AAU are keeping a low profile with no new massive JORC for salinbas so as not to wind up tree lovers etc?Would not surprise me to get EIA approval first!!

Re watched a presentation on full rear results yesterday. No Gannt but a time line implying production at Salinbas from 2026 onwards starting at nearly 30000 oz per annum and proceeding to 50000 ounces from 2027. Never heard it mentioned verbally, if it were the case then surely proposals would already be in the open. Why do they persist including this pretence in a presentation, I've seen it several times now?

It seems PoG actually popped above $2,000 during last night. I reckon it will properly top 2k by the end of this week even if it doesn't hold it for now.

That said, having done a trawl of goodies most of the others have similar share price performance, if for different reasons.

If KS and gang don't need personally to take any skin out of AAU and are happy with their salaries/fees for now, and assuming that they don't foresee AAU needing cash other than bank finance, then it may be preferable for them to have a low share price so they pick up more shares from any share schemes etc.When they want to cash in they can easily find ways to big up the company and the share price with it.Cynical? Do you blame me?

Thanks JD, it's been a long old road having first bought 5yrs ago and seeing intraday highs of 5p lows of 0.2p and nearly getting wound up in that time.
Hopefully there will be something to this bid and I will start to believe in the markets again.
Fingers crossed, I might even buy some more of these ;-)

We suggested they needed a PR agent and they did what we asked. But then they cut themselves off from shareholders and didn't give the PR Co. any headroom/initiative so they sort of won. I bet they found that very funny. Not so funny for us.

I don't understand what JY have done / are doing for AAU, other than being an expense and a block inserted by the BoD between shareholders and the BoD.

What BoD thinks its ok to do that? Things need to change.

If the BoD don't think they are answerable to shareholders then we need another BoD.
