PoG is approaching $1900. This surely must help sentiment.
As for AAU specific sentiment, my ideal for a company which is dipping its fingers in many pies is:
1 mine in production
I mine in late stage development
1 mine significantly down a the development curve with a published plant development plan set in stone.
If this were the case KSs future valuation would be more widely believed by new investors.
At the moment we have the first 2. In 2 years we may have just Tavsan in production with nothing else clear. What happens to the kizitepe plant after Red Rabbit is exhausted? Will it be mothballed for possible re use as part of a pre production plant at Salibas/ Ardala?

The last JORC update at Salinbas was July 2020 after a bit of due diligence drilling. This increased it by 50 percent if I remember correctly. The next update - which I feel is overdue will include a lot of additional drill results including the longest ever mineralised intercept! This should provide a big jump in resource!!

Done some research with brokers and they appear to be several keen to bid for a couple million each !!!

there is clearly a lot on.

in this risk-off market my guess is only tavsan will show through into share price in the near term - always caveated with possible surprise ks may spring on the market - asset sale or some other monetising event.

the medium to longer term could be spectacular!!!

aau are in a growth phase where, as often found in mining sector, the value add is happening but cannot easily be seen by markets/investors. if the share price had held at or near highs or even gently declined, my guess is much of the angst here (mine included) would not exist. the big drop to current levels is difficult to swallow especially for those underwater (me included).

and as always, pog may help one day. could even surprise. first step, a break above 1900, if held, could be psychologically helpful.

note to self, patience needed, meantime enjoy the banter here, its mostly good stuff compared to the nonsense elsewhere. if i find my patience jar i'll try and swallow a large dollop. ;-)

Will the increase in the gold price raise all boats, or is that another misconception when it comes to Ariana?

On this basis they could make up anything and record it in an RNS. That in my book would be ramping. What we are calling for is hard information - plans, dates, deliverables not airy fairy "working on a potential project". That could be Tavsan and it would be true. Not professional in my opinion.

I'd rather they mention something when they can tell us concrete information. Just saying "maybe something great will happen one day 😀😀😀😀8512;" is not helpful imho.

I doubt we will be informed if it fails. If they have not said what it is they are unlikely to say we wanted to do A,B,C but we have failed.

Yep I've no problem. I'd rather they mention something than not. We ask them to be more open we can't the. Lambast them for not putting an exact time on it which would be impossible in negotiations.

What is this all about? Should they have mentioned it now without any details? Do we assume we will hear more in a reasonable period say this year or is it a red herring. Not very professional unless details were imminent. Quote - The team is currently working on a potential project which has the capacity to become a significant opportunity for the Company, for which details will be provided as soon as we are able.

I don't disagree with you that there is a broker (or more) matching buys with sells. My disagreement is that I don't believe that it has been a single seller over the past three years.

Anyway, when is something going to happen. I had always thought that marketting their own company was one of the CEO's main tasks - but apparently not at Ariana.

jaf, i'd hope that the tavsan factor will start reflecting in the share price from q2 next year, so from 6 months onwards maybe.
and there's always the chance ks springs an asset sale or partnership deal that brings in big cash. too optimistic? possibly.

Something like that. Ha ha . Funny how No sells when no buys. Just backing up my point about broker matching sells with buys. I think however they have been given a 2.15 limit.
