Vice-President of the European Commission Margaritis Schinas, in a speech in Brussels on Thursday, said that Turkey has to pick a side in international geopolitics.

In his speech at the 2nd Eastern Mediterranean & Southeast Europe Conference organized by the Delphi Economic Forum, Schinas stressed that Turkey has to make the choice between siding with the EU, NATO and their values, or with Russia, Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah.

“Turkey has to choose which side of history it wants to be on: with us – the European Union, NATO, our values, the ethos of the West – or with Moscow, Tehran, Hamas, and Hezbollah,” he underlined, pointing out that “the answer needs to be clear.”

So you should be Paul. I think people who don't attend University are often in many ways more successful if they have motivation, drive, intelligence and ideas s you obviously have. The trouble with having a degree or even higher (I have an MSc in Stata) is that there is a reasonably comfortable life in front of them, usually with a pension. It takes a lot of courage to walk away from a cosy existence and head out without a safety net.

I left school at 15 with nothing more than a Southend Schools leaving certificate, of which I am very proud. 1 of 2 students who got 100% in maths! Then started work the next day, in printing and I'm slightly dyslexic.

Did an MBA in accountancy and management at Manchester business school and economics module was basically assume this theory then base a load of theories on and assumed theory with no. Or text answers. I got so frustrated I ended up throwing books at the wall!!!! Ha ha.

What is the suggested reason? The situation in Gaza, the dragging on for the Ukranian conflict into a second winter and its probable effect on energy costs, the expected peaking of interest rates? Does seem a sudden sharp increase.
