I think they got new energy and as a consequence they are getting INVOLVED

'the seminar is preaching to the converted'? It was an Investor event not a shareholders event. By attending they are trying to attract new investors aren't they.

There is a good post from Chipperfrd on the HUM thread showing share price performance across AAU peers in the sector since the start of the year. Quite eye opening. He has missed our special dividend yield though.

I would have been much more convinced by the presentation if Kerim had not opened by basically saying I am not with you because I am far too comfortable in Australia to come over to where it is cold and wet.
I wonder how that sentiment fits with the way he is currently running the company.
Well at least he didn't blame Covid but the fact it was a toasty 36deg 😏

From share price Angel today. Might be of interest.
Turkey – Economy grew 7.4% YoY in Q3
GDP expanded 2.7% QoQ on a seasonally adjusted basis.
President Erdogan has said Turkey will prioritise growth, employment and investments.
The lira has weakened 43% against the US dollar so far this year.
Industrial production rose 8.5% yoy in October vs 9.0% yoy in September
Retail sales rose 15.2% yoy in October vs 17.2% yoy in September

Unfortunately our board have managed to kill off Ariana as an exciting investment and it now holds all the joy of having shares in a water utility.

Have to agree . These brokers put target price at 15% to 20% above current price because they don't want to look unrealistic by saying 100% then manipulate figures to suits. Basically they are posh barrow boys who need sacking

I must confess I am having a little difficulty with "talking about our current under valuation and his frustration that we aren't correctly valued" from the presentation, in that Ariana's acceptance of the recent broker note implies agreement with the notes share price valuation, which does match where it is today.

Thanks - well spotted. I have to say I am refreshed and renewed of spirit after listening to Kerims presentation. I would go further and predict that if he has timed it right this is the point where we could see new shareholder interest in the company and with that, the bottom of this frustrating but temporary dip in the share price.
