11/12/2021 17:08 | kaos3 AAU do have one potential royalty stream. from aug 2020 Dr. Kerim Sener, Managing Director, commented: "Following the final due diligence completed on Dogu, Ariana and KEFI determined to proceed with the proposed transaction on slightly revised terms. Significantly, the originally proposed acquisition by Ariana of Dogu from KEFI is now no longer going to proceed. Instead, the 2% NSR existing on the Kizilcukur Project will be cancelled and it is envisaged that Ariana will acquire, on a conditional basis, an additional NSR royalty of 2.5% on the Koza Gold-owned Yatik Project. The latter royalty will be the first royalty owned by Ariana and represents future value in a region that remains actively explored and developed by Koza Gold and several other companies." | ![]() thanksamillion
11/12/2021 10:18 | I follow Hedgeye quite closely and they are still bearish on gold but are starting to see signals H2 2022 could see stagnant economies that could be very good for gold. With markets looking forward anyone buying AAU at around 4p is likely to to benefit from a combo of positive company and macro news over next 12 months Sharper communication of the company strategy is needed but that seems to be starting | ![]() donald pond
11/12/2021 10:17 | also I do not understand - he mentioned safe jurisdictions and goes for Priština (locals would know what I mean - šiptarji) to expand into the eastern block its like a page from the comic book imho but can turn out very well | ![]() kaos3
11/12/2021 10:12 | mining & finance Kerim impressed me with the following - which I saw for the first time 1. look for the sand in a desert (macro location) 2. be there first and with a high tech get the best location, location, location 3. be humble and find local respectful partner to build and operate (real ESG) he does not make JV with another chupa chups under capitalized listed small CO from London or OZ The only risk , that I do not understand is honesty of the local partner (as he calls the shots - majority) - after the wall of money comes - is it assured in the contract - like divi payment, ongoing consulting engagement and similar I also do not understand why no royalty stream has never benn used and mentioned - and that is huge imho both points must be explained - risk assurance after all is good and royalties aspect | ![]() kaos3

10/12/2021 23:15 | Other thing that buoyed me was their analysis of value showing development stage ie tarsvan shows sharpest increase in value, bodes well for 2022. | ![]() bigglesbingham
10/12/2021 22:49 | Excellent strategy seminar everything we've been calling for. However he understated the effect of news flow. He stated the share price goes up or down with the gold price and not affected to a great degree by news flow. That's not correct if you examine the share price vs peers graph. We will go in positive or negative direction based on gold price BUT the share price has significantly out performed peers because of news flow so it is very important. And thats what the graphs show. The graph showing our market cap is significantly under peers based on fundamentals is very powerful. The fact that KS addresses shareprice undervaluation is a huge positive in that it's on his radar. My basic understanding is our fundamentals are exceptionally good compared to peers , our share price has held well compared to peers but we should have done so much better based on fundamentals. Reasons why imho is sentiment due to several reasons discussed on this board . But sentiment can change quick so as he says a great buying opportunity. | ![]() bigglesbingham

10/12/2021 17:15 | Have a good weekend Biggles. The presentation got me back on track and focused on what is inevitably to come. I see that interestingly Kerim said the share price is basically governed by the price of gold and the Gold EFT market in particular. That is a shame but I assume at some stage news and irrefutable value will take precedence. As I said in an earlier post I was really pleased to see him talking about our current under valuation and his frustration that we aren't correctly valued. Sorting out P.G. would be a good start! The next few years - 2022 - 2025 look like being a great place to be invested in Ariana Resources. Income and growth. A time, when in my opinion, it will multi bag again. Good luck everyone. | ![]() plasybryn

10/12/2021 15:57 | Bigglesbingham you never have to apologise my friend. It's good to have lively discussion and it would be boring if we all thought the same way. This is one of the best BBs for that very reason. And as Jaf says it's good that you strongly defend what you believe. Atb. | ![]() soulsauce
10/12/2021 15:52 | Biggles, Speaking for myself, I am quite happy when someone shows some emotion on here - it shows you're prepared to defend your position. Most of the time I fully agree with you - the other times, well, let's continue the discussions when the time comes. | ![]() jaf1948
10/12/2021 15:14 | Just like to apologise to the posters on here who I may have offended by being a little direct in my response to certain posts. Anyway good to see some positivity filtering back onto the board. Have a good weekend ! | ![]() bigglesbingham
10/12/2021 13:31 | We are due the 6 month production update in early Jan, with the new mill up and running for the best part of 5 of those, it will be very interesting to see what the figures are, also I do not think they would invest 6m on this upgrade without being very confident of a big increase on LOM and resources. imho just another one of the many items of news to come out in Q1 22 Fascinating prospect. | ![]() renniks2016
10/12/2021 11:18 | Kerims presentation is a great reminder if the potential here and well worth watching. It adds to my already very positive future outlook for the company | ![]() charles clore
10/12/2021 10:36 | I have to admit I feel more encouraged about AAU's prospects now, than at anytime in the past. There's plenty going on here and I suspect KS will deliver too. | ![]() dixi
10/12/2021 10:15 | True that! With the propriety databases both Ariana and Venus have plus the geology and track record it's hard to imagine this not being an enormous success on top of an already enormous success!!! | ![]() shortarm
10/12/2021 09:14 | I like the fact that the Asgard fund is our first mover advantage, KS then said if the projects are on a good trajectory they could move up a rung to be partnerships. With the skill our team has Asgard will be doing all the research for me over the years using all the resources and expertise they have I have to wonder why I would bother looking for new resource companies myself. This will be a diversified, self funding growth company in the years ahead. Oh and paying a dividend. Long term there's only one way this goes. | ![]() lottsgold
10/12/2021 08:48 | from the interview and else - Kerim keeps up mentioning Bulgaria - so has something there looking at mentioned several times - usage of the tech and the first mover advantage ( by using the science) - a music to my ears and a very good presentation - also in PR sense a very good job by AAU - whole team present, Kerim was not sleepy at all etc .... I am impressed by the change of energy | ![]() kaos3
10/12/2021 08:24 | Yawn...can we just move on from the argument. We don't all agree and never will. The options exist so we all know where we stand, stay with the project and swallow the fact the BOD will make money from the occasional sale or move on to pastures new. Hopefully Kiziltepe resource and Apliki update will help us all move forward shortly. | ![]() lottsgold
10/12/2021 08:20 | My comment was that if the directors were responsible for the share price rise and thus their options, then by the same token they must be responsible for the share price fall. | ![]() jaf1948
10/12/2021 08:13 | imho all in all - pay is too modest imho , options are priced as they should be - as an incentive and greed (if any) under AAU umbrella is not over the limit. the only "remark" from my side is the options distribution - some people do not deserve as much / compared to the others - but I could be wrong as I am not familiar with the inner circle contributions | ![]() kaos3 |
