It's not transparent but with the deals they are doing they are working their balls off but I again concur that they are not addressing the PR marketing and communication issues. For example I've explained I've no issue with MDV exercising options but it should have been done as one rns and it was a marketing opportunity missed again. I'd chairman exercises option to increase holding!!! Rather than two which started erroneous arguments.

Well you see that's the problem bigglesbingham. Some long term shareholders are selling up and the only replacement is other long termers buying more not new investors that we so badly need.
And no people don't think they should work for free but when they are rewarded it should be for something worthy. As far as most can see MdV is not doing the things he should be for the company and it's shareholders hence the complaints that you have shared too. It's even worse when these concerns are just ignored.

I would be more worried if he didn't do what he's done to be honest . The options were awarded 3 years ago. Obviously he's allowed to do it now cos he's not in closed period. Ask yourself would you want a chairman who was that stupid he wouldn't exercise his options particularly with divi due in March??? Some really strange arguements on this board today. It's as though the company directors should work for free and just gift everything to shareholders. Anyway I have my take on increasing holding by 3m shares if people think that's taking the pee then sell up and provide another buying opportunity which I took advantage of this morning sorry short arm.

It's as I said. He sold enough to get his options on the free and in plenty of time to get the divvy on those extra 3m too.
But obviously he ignored your complaints about the broker note.

Great BB, love it. A few people getting knickers in a twist because directors cream off cheap options. Sadly it's pretty much the norm for almost every company. If you don't like it your investing options are very limited.

Yes directors have their snouts in the trough, quelle surprise, and the strike price is often very generous, but it's all there to be seen before investment and it only looks overly generous ATM as the company and share price has done so well since they were issued.

Options are a distraction but don't alter the good fundamentals of the company.

Everyone is counting the ticks today!Point scoring central, anyway - MDV has 5.74 percent. Seems like his confident to me as he's even convinced the wife to have some - scary stuff!

Go to the back of the class bigglesbingham. Of the 5m options he has kept 3m and some cash as well.

What he has done is sell enough options to get those he has kept free gratis.

I see you got 4 thumbs up so there are 4 others that cannot add up 🙄 or just blindly supporting a positive comment for the sake of it 🤔.

The share is clearly under attack and has been for some time, currently pointless trying to argue a case for the company, just let it rip and take advantage where you can.

Remember as well, most Co. directors have been around the block a bit, they are hired for their knowledge & experience (ideally!). The old saying goes 'you can't take it with you'...you cannot spend shares.

What opposition ffs your implying there was a big fight over them. They were awarded 3 years ago at a price higher price than the then share price. Anyway thanks for the buying opportunity and good luck in your other investments.
