Having done zero research , how far is the skirmish from AAZ operations ?

"I do think its time Reza feels able to present his CEO's perspective to shareholders perhaps outside the AGM on company developments" ... at last someone else!

Wish they'd drop the Board/Senior Management slide. How about adding one that compares their metrics against a representative peer group?

I've come to the conclusion that most 'AIM' traders & investors simply not interested in dividends. Typically, they seem to hunt out those shares with high likelihood of near-term price appreciation ... & then sell and move on when that has occurred (or not). Most seem entirely uninterested in Dividends as they believe there is more chance of growing ones capital by hopping from one fast mover to the next. Most fund managers are mandated to give 90% of AIM stocks a wide swerve, no matter how good the investment case.AAZ therefore seems to fall into a gap at the moment ... there are no known 'imminent' events likely to cause a share price rise & much reduced investor count with an interest in dividends.I entirely understand the former but, not the latter & particularly not the latter when interest rates are negligible to Zero, virtually across the world and across most asset classes.I really think some traders are still acting as if the investing world is the same as it was when interest rates were 3-4%.Not sure how long it will take for the majority to realise that this period of zero interest rates is not going to be a brief flash in the pan & also to reminds themselves, of what one hopes they were taught at school, with regards the significant benefits of the compound returns which comes from dividends.Finding a small growing company & being invested as it moves from indebtedness to becoming debt-free and then paying a regular dividend each year as it continues to grow is surely the holy-grail of investing, is it not?'not' it would seem for the majority of AIM punters

Unfortunate at this time that it was prerecorded.I remain totally satisfied on the investment proposition not with standing current hostilities. I am optimistic on the Jorc and PSA enlargement but on the latter in particular we need to think about a reboot of how that is presented and I do think its time Reza feels able to present his CEO's perspective to shareholders perhaps outside the AGM on company developments.

Jeanesy you missed that Putin and Macron have called for things to calm down, surprised you’ve not picked it up following so closely.

He said 'initial indications' for an increased LOM, which was a) good news and b) the only new thing we learnt as far as I could tell. It was ok, but was unlikely to wow any new investors. They were less than 90 people online, and I suspect a good few already invested, so I doubt we'll see a huge increase to the share price tomorrow on the back of it.

Jorc expected to show a longer mine life. Such a shame no questions could be asked.

But Steve mentioned that theJORC to be released will increase LOM and that's what we wanted to know. By how much we have to wait a few more days....

Best Aaz proactive present so far.
Well done Bill and Stephen.
Shame it wasn’t live but a credible presentation

I very highly doubt it was pre-recorded to avoid questions, with how blunt Bill can be, I think he will be able to answer anything
Though, shame it was pre-recorded

Lol, I also thought they weren't social distancing :))

The JV with CGNR now looks quite an important move imo. Can't see anything happening about Orubad myself anymore with it being right next to the Armnenian border.

Am I being overly suspicions, or is the Proactive presentation being pre-recorded a neat way of putting off answering some difficult question on the JORC report?
The JORC report was due by the end of Q3, when will it be published? It’s now in the next month.

Oh dear pre recorded presentation. Not able to ask some important questions. This will not install any confidence in what is going on at the moment. Another opportunity missed or was it for other reasons ?!

Meanwhile back at AAZ the escalation grows in the region with no sign of a ceasefire or end to the hostilities . I know our mines are currently unaffected but for how long if the fighting spreads ? Are we able to move gold out of the region safely anymore ? It will be interesting to hear what Bill says later today on the presentation. I really can see the shareprice falling perhaps to 100p levels again soon unless there is an end to this.
