What has more right to be a Trillion Dollar company ?

Tesla - electric cars
Apple - smartphones
4D Pharma - transforming Pharma industry and potentially offering drugs to mitigate cancer asthma covid parkinsons alzheimers

Ultimately Health is Wealth

Apple and Tesla are great companies don't get me wrong but they also have huge MOATs

I believe 4D Pharma also have a great moat in 1000 patents

Final results for week 5 are below.

There are a few changes from the results on Friday afternoon but the top three remain the same. Overall top 3 are also the same but Jeansy is now £17 from 3rd position.

Pressure is on...

Also need to emphasise that 4D have over 950 patents and I believe a lot of them are over single strains of bacteria (really it's no different from isolating a specific chemical from a plant). So if the general principle of bio therapeutics is proven - and I think it has been - they have a moat and a pipeline that lasts decadesFor sceptics: autism is almost unknown in Somalia but so prevalent among Somalians abroad it is called "the western disease". Antibiotics were originally given to chickens to increase weight gain. It's not what you eat that determines you weight but how your gut processes it.

Not rampy enough, mf. I liked your previous comparison to ARM.

4d are on the cusp imho. If their next few sets of trial results confirm the work to date then I can see it as a bn dollar company very quickly.

Always worth putting this down as a comparison

Seres’ shares jumped more than 200% premarket Monday on the news, but then left the atmosphere hitting 460% late morning.

Odsip 4D is great because it forces you to read up on the research going on into gut bacteria, which is amazing. Only 10% of "your" cells are human, the rest are bacteria, mites etc But it seems most modern afflictions, from obesity and asthma to IVS and autism, may be connected to a lack of diversity in gut bacteria. Which makes sense: kilos of bacteria are excreting into your gut constantly, so if one type dominates or another is missing your body will not function as it has evolved to. Antibiotics seem a key culprit, destroying many bacteria. 4D are all about identifying which bacteria are missing in people with certain conditions. They are inherently safe and very different from standard pharma. IMO they have the potential to become the biggest company in the UK. Too rampy?

Well done Bazboa.

I will do some research on DDDD this weekend and what news is expected. I normally stay away from Pharma stocks with little/no revenue and large market caps but there are a number of people here who rate it.

Not had news yet

Thanks for doing this odsjp. I actually put £10k in dddd at 51p average. I will be honest and say I sold half at 104p and will leave the rest. I will continue to go with dddd for the time being as I wanted to see how well I performed sticking with one share rather than chasing others. Dddd has massive potential on a number of fronts and I'm happy to see what happens in the coming weeks.

Money definitely an emotive thing Bwana, specially when some are trading beyond their means or what they are “really” prepared or expect to lose. Seen it so many times on some of these threads, will go very quiet if there’s a smack down, aside from shorts or WUM’s; expect it will always be the way here.

Anyway, weather improving time to make the most of it this weekend and next week as one of my brood disappears back to Uni life soon; jammy git :)

Extremely frustrating although have to say it seems goldies have been underperforming generally, at least the ones I hold or track, perhaps some exclusions. 1900 pog is the new 14-1500 it seems.
I had genuinely thought 140's were gone for good, let alone 130's. Anyhow one day, some day, maybe!

I do worry at times, we will be here some time down the line with pog another few hundred dollars higher, still discussing how we will get to 170 plus, lol, hope not!

The slightest indication or hint of drop in POG, the MM’s take this down, but any rocket north and they may just about stick our heads above the trench. Crazy, unless it’s a classic trap!! Either way, it’s frustrating.
