Wan .. re AAZ ... I held for about 6-8 months but got totally fed up of underperforming on the upside and overshooting on the downside with the gold moves.I can see a lot of trust and support for AAZ but just wondered are you all in from a long time ago with big positions at a very low average price ?Because it's difficult to argue the last 12 months share price performance has been very poor in comparison to its peers and sector

The 'Trend' will serve you well as long as u don't let yourself get shaken out of the PM bull market... all the usual FIAT paper loving cronies were shouting ... " I told you so, it's all over " when gold was sold off to $1900 a few weeks ago.Now gold is back to $2000

who knows ODR, we each have to take a view and go with it, simples :-),,, personally I'm trying not to get too hung up on numbers & targets etc,,, trying more and more to follow the trends and not to get anchored down by an expected share price etc,,,, although I have one major flaw in that approach and that's AAZ which I had hoped would be at least over 200p with Gold at 2000!!!! LOL LOL,,,, I'm only human after all,,, or, am I !!?? :-)

Wan .. I know my multi billion $ take out of DSV as early as mid 2021 sounds rampy, but I expect silver to be above $50 by then .... what would be a fair price for any company with a billion ounces of silver in that scenario ?Even if it's the year after that's not long to wait for a multi baggerIMHO

Agreed... what got my attention was how little of their licence area they have explored yet they have a billion ounces already that become economic with every dollar rise in the price of silver.Yes "sizzle" is referring to the share price .. no doubt but I'm happy my thoughts are aligned with the CEO.They COULD find another deposit the same side... it's difficult not to believe they are at least going to seriously add to their reserves.GLA

Giving DSV some promotion Wan should do well silver needs to make up a lot of ground on gold, but its not for me . silver play for me ufo managed a slice yesterday first thing 0.27

Hi wan... u are correct IMHO .. the talk about potential production is bravado .. they are proving up the resource for a major to buy them out for multi billions perhaps as early as mid 2021 after the resource is upgraded in QTR 1.It's very rare if not never that a small exploration company takes such a huge resource to production.The majors know it and are happy for the resource to be proved up and then dip into their huge mountains of cash and take themOut.And the majors will not be short of money over the next few years:0)

It would be rather nice if AAZ started to take part in all this,,, its share price is certainly testing my patience,,, its a bit like being on a slow train and watching others speeding past me at the moment,,, I accept it has come a long way,,, but, come on AAZ, you should be at 250p by now!!!!! or is this just wishful thinking on my part,,, who knows,,, I certainly don't!!! grrr LOL LOL Cheers Wan :-) GLA

I'm posting this again this am, it was first posted by ODR in this thread yesterday,,, but I have just listened to to it and would appreciate others views on it,,,, to me it looks like they are proving up to be bought by a major as there is not too much solidity around the production discussion,,, but, I'm useless at this sort of thing :-) LOL,,,, anyhow, please enjoy and provided the price of silver holds up or even gets to $40/o this looks tasty to me :-) LOL,,,,, no ramp intended, please DYOR etc..

Something i'd have liked to include in my last post 38977 - reply to Ptolemy with critical share price comment:

Along with observation the production in now [for now] reverting to pretty much the
mine outputs as of 2016, here is the AISC for that year:

"The Company's all in sustaining cost ("AISC") per ounce of gold produced reduced to $616 in 2016 compared to $858 in 2015. This resulted in an operating profit of $11.7 million in 2016 compared to an operating loss of $3.2 million in 2015."

Note that the mains elec. supply commenced only in Nov. 2016 and the water purification plant had yet to go live, as did in Q3 2017, about the same time - ironically - as Ugur commenced production.

This augurs well for the AISC that may be achieved for 2020 and 2021.
Although it will likely be above $600/oz, hopefully nearer that than $700.
Even with $700 AISC, the op. margins are going to be over $1,000/oz, conceivably as high as $1,200/oz!!

I'll retro-edit my last post, inserting this observation within.
