It didn't exactly benefit from the rising Dow, so why should it be affected when it falls Lauders, not that it won't
Results seem ok steady
Are we going to have to wait for the financial results
Which we know will show a huge increase in profit
A p/e of about 3!

Well at least the planned maintenance is out of the way and we all knew about that as the company communicates so well!

-- Average daily production was 6,837 barrels of oil ("bopd") during the Period.
-- Peak daily production was 7,142 bopd during the Period.

-- Average daily throughput was 5,622 BO during the Period.

OBA throughput in January was affected by planned maintenance and enhancement work at the Cuyabeno station. The planned maintenance has now been completed

Thank goodness for cpo-5 or this so would tank!

So onwards and upwards Feb will be a good month!

Whether the market agrees with that, especially after a 600 point drop on the DOW on Friday, remains to be seen seball. I suppose a chance for believers to top-up further if there is more of a sell-off. Should be an interesting day!

The whole point of manipulation to hit stops is it captures stock cheap without increasing price so it’s kept in range which includes false flags to encourage more smaller buy trades whether leveraged or not.

That way it soaks up the shares slowly and methodically as new buyers stops are then triggered allowing background buyer to soak them up and this pattern is rinse and repeat.

If that same institution wanted all of Rex shares the price would have been much higher than the drip drip effect of the sells along with capitulating holders added.

So the institution who KNOW precisely how many shares they want and how many seller has can discretely soak up shares much cheaper than if they tried to fulfil their target straight off.

Quite easy to see as it holds the price in a range irrespective of news or fundamentals.

Within that of course you get the upturns and the downturns but in a broad range.

The upturns are the bait for new buyers often on margins or stops and the dips knock them out too and the sentiment is hit when even long term holders might sell.

Amerisur trading gives a very good indicator of this.

If the shares are low to start with, why not mop the up then? Why push the price up just to knock it back to mop up? I must be missing something.

Think there's more to it than that. This will close at a daily low at the bell; always happens. Been going on too long for it to be just small sellers, given the production, oil price and further potential.

We have a declining share price because we have continual small selling going on. No other reason for the falling share price. When we have continual buying the share price will rise. Its not rocket science !

I'm hoping for latest production news to be out on Monday. Think we'll need other news about future plans in order to get any significant and sustained upward movement.
