Dont we have a city professional on the board, presumably at vast expense, offering us the benefit of his city experience and contacts??This bloke should be sorting this out with RH, finding a home for the shares or whatever needs to be done.Otherwise why are we engaging his services (at shareholders expense) exactly?

During the offloading period the share has gyrated significantly. Even with the past few weeks it has risen and dropped 4 to 5 p. The fundamentals of this company are sound and I'm expecting another rise now.

RH isn't dumping, he's been gradually offloading for a year or more.

I buy what roth is saying. Rather than the prospect of a dividend as was hinted at, use that money to buy RH out £9m-£11m. Chump change really considering the revenues and gross margin we think AMER are making.

I was looking at buying back in but RNS's like that make it difficult to press the buy button. Therein lies the problem for the foreseeable future I guess, horrible situation for LTH's. 56m is a lot to dump still.

Aceuk. If you buy on the dips and sell on the up, there have been numerous good buying opportunities with this company. With this stock there's no point at the moment of just hanging on them in the hope of a long term onward trend.

I don't know why the company doesn't start to buy back some of these shares being dumped on the market and put an end to this nonsense. If they are making $350,000 per day at current oil prices they could take out all of the RH holding in six weeks!

It's taken 4 months to unload 13 million shares - last notification 12 October, crossed 6% holding



So at similar continuing sell-down rate about a year and a half to go!

Let's hope Amerisur don't eff up the story again this year.

There's been an absence of the usual block selling so far today, which makes a nice change and has probably helped keep the share price blue. Let's hope it holds.
