At 30p the market cap is £55m so with about £4.5m of cash left they need to raise money with a cap of £50m with no product and no revenue.

From the Allenby Capital note there is no sight of revenue because the note only goes out 18months; that can only be because the analyst does not believe their silly numbers anymore.

Linc energy are just going to offer a seriously low share price at the next round and end up owning the company for nothing. They paid too much last time, thats not going to happen again!

AFC is another CWR.

It is interesting to read and compare the Allenby Capital notes above; we can see that as time has gone on the revenue predictions have gotten smaller and have been pushed back.

Interestingly the last Allenby note does not even give a target price but just quotes NPV; thats because they have totally lost confidence.

There is also some serious share price manipulation going on here. The price always moves the day BEFORE an announcement. The share price was also controlled down to 40p the day before the fundraising was announced.

PI's are being treated like shight here and all the institutions have gone.

True value is sub cash; they have less than a year of money so fundraising next time will be with no revenue ie at the 10p level or lower.

Be very careful here.

waiting in the dark and cold,
I think we wont get back to our heady days of 60p until summer, but we must be due a technical up date soon as in early new year ??? ......surely--- Ho! Ho! Ho! sorry that's all the Xmas cheer I can muster, any way merry Christmas to all in this cupboard, OPEN THE BLOODY DOOR SOME ONE!
