20/9/2011 09:07 | interest seems to be flagging here, expected a lot more news by now | jonno1
15/9/2011 09:18 | "Ian joins AFC Energy from Air Products" is this company morphing into an industrial gases company? ACTA morphed into a solar installer, Ceres continues to fail, ITM more jam tomorrow. | penny share
07/9/2011 20:53 | Big article in the Sunday Times Business about carbon capture and storeage in the UK. | new tech
06/9/2011 12:12 | Report in Telegraph suggest average energy bills to go up by £300 by 2020 due to green technology, plus all the subsides that are being pumped into these projects, tax payers money. If electricity prices get to expensive I can see large organisation with the ability to produce Hydrogen from waste products taking advantage of AFC's fuel cells, plus reducing there carbon foot print like JLP-Waitrose and energy bills. I would rather AFC target these smaller projects by doing so it would mean less investment in a huge manufacturing plant to increase production. This way they can get a steady stream of revenue without large expenditure, steadily increase the production line for MW power station projects, ensuring that any problems are ironed out at a low level production. This would be my approach. | beeezzz
05/9/2011 09:39 | I wonder if the efficiency of the elements reduces over it's life, they suggest replacing them every 3 months which seems rather short life, I would prefer them to at least last 6 months and preferably 12, however, this may be done as efficiency does deteriorate. I hope somebody going to the open day will ask. | beeezzz
02/9/2011 11:12 | Simon..... I expect the share price to be high by Xmas that's for sure, rather overweight in these myself so just sitting tight. | beeezzz
01/9/2011 19:52 | two sell's out of 25 trades and it went down on the day???????? | rovi57
01/9/2011 18:12 | beeezzz I have just kept topping up in small amounts as funds allow at these prices if it is good enough for Linc it is good enough for me. Regards | simon_64
01/9/2011 17:51 | It always strikes me as odd that the share price has hovered around the 40-43p mark for quiet sometime, my only assumption is that the market finds it hard to value companies like AFC with very little turnover or revenue to speak of, however, when Linc brought another 2% at 40p odd, it gives the market a value which Linc feels it is worth at the present time, where as other analysis have put a figure as high as 140-230p. Hey it's just a theory. | beeezzz
25/8/2011 23:54 | no problem with the afc product in the whole of the article though so whats your point? | rovi57
25/8/2011 16:00 | Another article deriding AFC's fuel cell technology, sends share price lower. On iii board. | beeezzz
24/8/2011 11:36 | Realism we are in August, lets see where we are come October. | holism
23/8/2011 13:19 | low volume always let the share price go down! | realism
20/8/2011 19:43 | I think solardave has been out in the Sun too long! | androyd
20/8/2011 19:36 | Solardave - thanks for the technical analysis, you really know how to work those charts. | ianous
20/8/2011 19:33 | Norbus - I'm pretty sure they would not build two identical 50KW Stacks if they didn't work, no one in there right mind would waste there time unless they knew it works. The staff are reasonably intelligent people. Unlike ITM they do not have to rely on a huge amount of infrastructure to be put in place to enable easy access to customers. | beeezzz
20/8/2011 18:11 | An interesting chart with a strong downward trend since November last year. Looks like this will drop below the 40p funding level this coming week. Any sign of the new CEO? | solardave
18/8/2011 19:21 | Norbus, You say you have been slagging AFC off for 2 years? Well you may as well carry on because the share price has quadrupled since you started even with all the recent awful macro-economic factors. I used to feel annoyed regarding your constant bad mouthing of AFC but don't care any more because your efforts count for nothing, you really are wasting your time. It's quite sad really. To say AFC is a scam is quite clearly ridiculous. Maybe you have noticed Linc taking on another 2% recently and they will have seen the beta system operating and will also have seen more data than you or I will ever be privy to? Should we trust you of all people because you have "a feeling" or should we believe the RNS's coming out of the company and the respected companies and organisations that have become involved with AFC? Let me think... | lordgibil |
