19/5/2011 09:38 | Strangley enough the picture at the top of this thread does look like frogspawn, perhaps you should listen to him. | shaft
19/5/2011 09:01 | Looks like its dropped to the 40p Fib retracement level ... should provide support. | al h
18/5/2011 19:33 | Eeza, I am not deramping, just being realistic. Be careful calling people names like pond life, you may find that it is not helpful and certainly encourages further responses that you may not like if you are a ramper. My point is this: AFC like CWR have no product. They may have some prototypes on test and you may be waiting for a larger prototype but this is not a saleable product. For a saleable product AFC will need to demonstrate compliance to EU directives and scale up manufacturing to meet industry cost targets. AFC, PPS and CWR have no products for sale, CFU, ITM and OCG do. Revenues are a very long way off for AFC, it's obvious really. Yours Pond Life (single celled protozoa) | transforma
18/5/2011 16:20 | does anyone have any news about the trial units ? | broshm
18/5/2011 11:19 | This should increase the stampede for the exit, yet we know that just by saying the 50kw beta cells have been delivered will make this stock explode. It's like having a car if it keeps breaking down you curse and swear never to buy that model again. This I feel is what this company wishes to avoid, like any development companies getting it right always takes a little longer. However, the fundamentals are still there and all the partners share holders obviously know more than we do, and if I had something that was going to fundamentally change the way electricity was going to be generated then I would be very cautions in who I told. | beeezzz
18/5/2011 10:22 | eeza lol | rovi57
18/5/2011 00:13 | He's looking at the CFU chart. Also de-rampimg on the CWR thread - same nonsense. Pond life always comes out when it rains. | eeza
17/5/2011 23:41 | What technical features of the chart tell you this? | matt123d
17/5/2011 22:50 | The chart says it all; this share will see 20p again soon; am not a deramper; its just obvious that a company with no product and 2/3yrs from any sensible revenues is not worth the current valuation. It is also not long before a huge number of shares from Link and other investors are released from the lock in period; they can also see that chart. | transforma
17/5/2011 17:58 | The whole market is taking a battering now, it's old saying Go away in May come back on St Ledgers day, it could be a mistake with this company as I expect good news flow over the coming months, unfortunately its in a sector that has no credibility. I think the Government should really think long and hard about the countries future energy supply, regarding the cost to the economy as matter of our efficiency. Sadly we are run by politicians with very little knowledge of engineering and energy. I have feeling they are going to take us down a road that will cost everybody a small fortune, and would like them to publish all subsides other electrical generators get. I imagine most of those of us who are sitting on large profits are getting a little nervous, how long you can hold your nerve is the question. | beeezzz
17/5/2011 12:32 | so bad, come on Mr Yeo | rovi57
16/5/2011 22:24 | 2co energy have submitted their bid for funding for the ex powerfuel project at Hatfield to the European investment bank, lets hope its successful. | beerbandit
16/5/2011 13:10 | Electricity supplier to JLP are under investigation according to the 'Telegraph'. | beeezzz
16/5/2011 12:31 | I feel until at least one of these fuel cell companies succeeds they seem to being lumped into the same downward trend, lets hope AFC has the winning formula. This company caught my eye, interesting wonder if they have spoken to AFC. | beeezzz
12/5/2011 11:33 | My gut feeling is they don't want buyers ... | al h
12/5/2011 10:59 | With all these companies signing up to AFC fuel cells you would think the share price would start to move up, strange still being held in 50 - 60p range, been here before, 16-28p range, at which time it was stated that linc would take 10% holding, amazing straight after they took that holding at an amasing 17p ish the share price shot up to 80p+ now back to same old mm's games. Could there be another company about to take a stake in AFC and the mm's are holding the price back. I haven't really explained my theory on why this might be being held back, unfortunately that will have to wait for another day. This is an old article in Telegraph no mention of AFC but plenty of others in fuel cells and on the market. | beeezzz
10/5/2011 11:16 | that is fine. We should get an update from 2coenergy. | realism
10/5/2011 11:09 | What is the new company's position on using AFC's fuel cells? Are they primarily interested in the coal mine? At the very least the project has been delayed. I am not into misleading people. Probably needs some research by Allenby Cap to confirm otherwise I will leave as is. | new tech
10/5/2011 11:03 | Thank you New Tech. It still says : N.B. Powerfuel (Hatfield Power Station) went into Administration on 10/12/2010 which could reduce Allenby Capitals latest valuation of AFC by up to 93p. This company was bought. | realism
10/5/2011 10:47 | Have just added another entry to the thread header: 9) Fire Protection Systems Using Waste Gas from AFC Fuel Cells: - N2telligence: | new tech
10/5/2011 09:49 | Wow, up 0.5p on that news. | outfly |
