06/6/2011 14:51 | I think the rise is in response to the last few posts apeman. | jpsmithson
06/6/2011 14:44 | 7% up on low volume, I think they are trying every trick in the book to make people part with their shares. No thanks Mr MM I think I will keep mine for a good while yet. | apeman2
01/6/2011 13:51 | I would be disappointed if Linc are allowed to continue increasing there holding on the cheap, which seems to be the case at present. PI's are shafted as usual. | beeezzz
01/6/2011 09:49 | Well they just bought the whole company for 11% Funny how you knew ...FSA should investigate !!! | sirmark
31/5/2011 21:29 | Those funding Round investors love a good pump and dump! This is the most pumpy dumpy share on AIM. Hey, what about this, a great new AFC strapline: "AFC: the pumpy dumpy company!" LoL | transforma
31/5/2011 10:05 | It amazes me how the MM's always seem to know what's going on at the company before any announcement, which means the PI are the last to hear, we're just cannon fodder, typical manipulation. | beeezzz
27/5/2011 18:08 | Hi eeza I remembered how rude you had been this morning so I thought I'd post a quote from the growth company piece. Enjoy your 40p placing shares, but please, read the last line of this because you have just shafted everyone here who believed AFC was worth more then 40p. They'll learn! Shares in AFC were recommended by Growth Company Investor this January at 64p and they have fallen 27 per cent since, to 46.5p. With some strong prospects underpinned by some promising technology and some further cash following the placing the company holds significant potential. With £3.6m in cash and with the latest proceeds to be used to increase the testing of its systems we believe AFC has further to go. We therefore reiterate our speculative buy rating, although those investors that did not benefit from the discounted 40p placing are unlikely to be pleased at the current share price. | transforma
27/5/2011 11:33 | Yes, transforma you'll be more happy in a real quality company. You aren't invested here so why post. Post how happy you are with CWR's Sp and performance - but do it on the relevant BB. | eeza
27/5/2011 11:27 | Eeza I told you before if you are rude you will see more of me. I think that there has been clear share price manipulation here. The share price gets forced down to 40p then the investors get a nice fund raise and then they pump it back up again. Oh yes and a little rise just before the funding is announced. I'd treat Ed to a good compromise agreement or he might sing to the FSA. Do Your Own Research but be sure to do some if you invest here! Thanks for your comment eeza, Am back off to CWR now. | transforma
27/5/2011 09:58 | If Linc are willing to invest more in this company, can only be a good sign, I would look on this as positive move, shows to the market they are even more confident in AFC fuel cells, which should boost share price IMO. As for Ed well he may have had a better job offer, or he felt he was not being used to his full potential, hopefully they will elaborate in due course. I would not be surprised if Linc have a member of the board in the near future. | beeezzz
27/5/2011 09:56 | Ianous is Ian Balchin "Strategic differences" good bye Ed Ian Balchin head of strategy! Differences with Ian more like! | transforma
27/5/2011 09:50 | Maybe he had issues with the Linc tie | realism
27/5/2011 09:50 | The previous situation showed a new positive commitment by Linc to AFC. Linc taking some placing shares now isn't quite the same, just participation in a bog standard placing, not unexpected given they are already involved | al h
27/5/2011 09:38 | Al H - why is this a different situation? | ianous
27/5/2011 09:28 | Ed was a good guy. This smells a bit! | delladella
27/5/2011 09:05 | " increase the testing " what a strange phrase from a supposedly high tech co .? now see why no response from Ed . | broshm
27/5/2011 08:27 | Tally ... that was a totally different situation. Had a feeling yesterday was a pump by the grubby monkeys ... seems I was right. Heading sub 40p if this reacts as usual to a standard placing | al h
27/5/2011 07:59 | last time a placing happened, October 2010 the shares flew....lets see what happens today....does show a lot of confidence in future of AFC by Linc and others.... | tally |
