I have now booked my place......

It's an evening do in a bar, so it sounds like we will be fed and watered:

The event will be held at Davy's at Woolgate Bar and Brasserie, 25 Basinghall St, London EC2V 5HA from 18:00 and will take the form of a Company presentation followed by a Q&A session.

Investors and shareholders who wish to attend the event should register their interest with Heather Armstrong at heather.armstrong@investor-focus.co.uk or 020 3053 8671

So they're doing an investor event in the City on the 21st September. I might pop along after work to see what they have to say.

Being sensible about this we have the two pieces of hard information on actual benefits in mines and we know iTrack won a beauty pageant in Australia and is being deployed as a result of that.

So overall the confidence may be based on more coming on-board. We know that most of the major miners have a mine using the technology so there is every reason to think that iTrack is well respected and moving up the buy list for a mine.

It is MinExpo next month which cannot hurt.

Agree many disappointments in the past.
The arrival of orders remains key to increasing investor confidence in the company.

I'd rather not hear any interviews from the CEO. I tend to assume that it must herald another placing.

Well,we all HOPE the market for itrack will improve. That doesn`t mean it WILL.
We`re on the same side here,drw1,but TRT has a history of disappointing for whatever reason, sometimes just bad luck but I`ll believe it when I see concrete orders.
SHOW ME THE MONEY!

"Should this materialise" I guess you could apply that to the last couple of decades or so. :)
Edit - or the next couple...

I disagree, what's new is an expression of confidence that the market for itrack is set to improve.
Should this materialise this is very significant for company earnings going forward.(IMO)

Key points seem to me an 'optomistic'view of 'itrack' going forward and a sensible commitment to remain focussed on the existing stategy.

I'd suspect the board is softening us all up for their biggest ever fund-raising - but presumably there has to be some seriously good news for them to get this one away ...

Thank you King1pin2... Certainly this is a first for the board and makes me wonder if we're entering new territory. On the other hand it may just be about the capital restructuring mentioned earlier.
