Yes, but a "similar" surge here is no good to most! A quick glance at SRT tells me that their shares have approximately doubled from their holders' particular pain barrier.

We need about TEN TIMES, to make most folk on here happy!!

SRT doing nicely. A great tribute to professional managers as a new one at Black Rock spent the first part of the year selling the stock down from 30p to 18p.

I am awaiting a similar surge in TRT : )

These excuses may be valid post Brexit but wtf were the directors doing in the six months leading up to Brexit? Just as well we have some funds in the bank if only to pay salaries otherwise we would have folded by now!

amt... It's hedge funds across the market. I have a personal report that hedge fund volume was 7x average last week. That's a lot of downard pressure; the markets continue to tumble and sterling continues to devalue. Projections take it to $1.20. PI's are clearing out, or have done.
Growth Co's are being affected worst. Many will go to the wall. Because of Brexit we have critical years ahead in the UK. TRT, though, has broad exposure at a time when our products might be most needed and increasingly desirable. However, a falling pound might mean some clients will wait before signing.
That nuance will affect orders for all UK Co's. Investment in innovation will suffer terribly, particularly while government turns it's head to re-writing legislation and re-inventing trade agreements.

company’s broker finnCap is predicting Transense will post sales of £2.1mln this year, rising to £3.3mln next, at which point the firm is expected to be close to break-even

If that is not still on the cards then I would have expected a profit warning by now. I don't understand why the share price is below cash value especially with sales in USA the fall in the pound should help also.

Priced by fear not by news, though. We don't get announcements or commentary so we can only go on unknown unknowns. AIM prices always fall without news.

The share price will look after itself even in these markets if we actually start selling something.
At the moment the company appears to be totally incapable of doing that.

All we can do is wait and see... there's a lot of fear in the markets right now, particularly with emergent Co's. Hedge funds are running on hyperspeed, JP Morgan @ 7x ave volume last week, apparently.

Yes,half year is done but whether any trading was done is a moot point.
Significantly the leading bulls on this site are conspicuous by their absense!
Sentiment is nil on this share and 100% sell albeit by one.
To me the article in Share was akin to a trading statement,well we shall see what the next year(my 17th) in TRT brings but I`m not holding my breath.
